Hi! How did you do the custom bracket in order to fit the new rearsets? I'm trying to find rearsets but, as you say, it's really hard find anything for the 302r.
@@mayth6128 hi!the brackets are the silver colour alloy plates you see on the video, that you fix on the bike. You drill threaded holes on them so you can attach the rearsets in the place it suits you or make multiple holes to make them adjustable.
I have not put it on a scale, but its a lot! Exhaust+catalytic converter. There is not much you can do to lose weight or gain power. The bike is as it is! If you want more power you should probapply get a 600cc.
@@ANDREASRAVENS I was just concerned about reducing the weight as I was planning to buy this bike from a friend but I'm gonna wait out till the new version launched as per reports or rumors they say its weight is going to be lowered by 10~ kgs so hope for the best..
Overall, its a great fun bike man. Its hard for me to sell it. On the other hand you should consider If its worth to spend more money to get the new one or save some money for gear and gas by getting a used one. Also, if you dont plan to stay in this category for long, and plan to get a biger bike after some time, then get the used.
@@ANDREASRAVENS Exactly, I agree with you only other bike I am considering of buying is Duke 390 which is way cheaper compared to benelli in India and I can get better gear from the spare money.
@@ANDREASRAVENS I understand, I have that bike with a similar exhaust, air filter and the ecu (Powertronic tnt300 + quick shifter) works really nice in comparation with the stock tune but the problem that I have is that the map is for the naked version and it seems like the bike can give more but I can't tune it 😭.
Best sounding 2 n engine all credit goes to 360° crank firing. 2n sounds like 4 cl and 4 cl sounds like v4 🔥. Proud tnt owner.
Benelli screaming sound of dreams and it will do it all day best vids thanks keep safe
You need air filter performace, ecu cheap plus rpm limiter 1000 rpm more, transmision aluminium and 42t, chains without o rings and enjoy
but the front suspensions for the 302r is 41mm what do you mean the clip ons are 52mm, cas I am thinking of getting some thanks.
Have you measured it from the top?
with the new full exhaust system. did it have a lambdasonde ? if not it's very bad for the engine. :-(

Yes, you have to make a custom one
Ebay!
@@ANDREASRAVENS hello, what do you mean with making a custom one?

How much weight do you save by using this exhaust. Do you notice any performance improvement after this?
I did not count the weight but its about 1/3 of the factory exhaust. I have not noticed an actuall improvement... but it sounds very nice😉
How much weight did the bike shed after full system? Or are there any weight mods u did to make bike weight less

❤🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥❤
From where u get the rearsets from?
From ebay man, but they will need modification to be installed . They are the same with Cbr600f but you must make a custom bracket.
@@ANDREASRAVENS if i make custom bracket with original footpeg Will it fit?
@@J99-j3r of course. You can see it on the video.
@@ANDREASRAVENS thanks
@@J99-j3r on second thought, factory rearsets dont fit, even If you make a custom bracket. They will touch on the swingarm.
Are the clip-on shorter?
Its after market straight clipons

@@ANDREASRAVENS Sorry for that 😅. Does the bike has intalled an ecu (Powertronic)?
Νο man, just the exhaust. It works crap in low revs, it just makes noise....

I changed the db killer with a better one that has a small catalytic converter inside. Now it works just fine!
How reliable is the engine
The engine works like a dream! Very good acceleration and keeps up on high revs. Never had a single problem with it.
@@ANDREASRAVENS how is the initial pick up
