PD1000TIF portable diesel tire recycling system

PD1000TIF Same as our TF unit but with Hydraulic in-feed conveyor. This unit as shown has a one inch screen and is capable of 1 -1.5 tons of chip per hour of automotive and light duty truck tires. Tons per hour increases to 2.5 tons per hour on a 2 inch screen. Total machine weight is 15,000 lbs and can be hauled by a 3500 series pick up truck or dump truck.

Can it do semi tires?

@@JG-zy6cg it will not do whole semi's. It will do semi treads after the side walls are cut out.

Through put on this machine is 150 tire per hour with a one inch screen and 250 tire per hour with a 2 inch screen. If you were getting $1.00 per tire tipping (which is average) that's 150 to 250 dollars per hour (not including what you get for the TDF). That's less than 12 months ROI processing 5 hours per day, On a $165,000 machine. Sounds like a pretty good business to me.

Ask your local tire shop. Trust me they make money on that fee too. Tipping fees vary in different locations, and only a few states subsidize tire recycling tipping fees. The only thing the GOV really does is regulate and license tire haulers and processors.

Taking out the fiber and metal is done in a third operation. Metal is stripped out then a magnet picks it up
