I really love these vids and I got a question, are there any illegal items other than the efficiency chain boots and the suspicious sand/gravel obtainable in the latest update?
I'm thinking yes if you do the chunk dupe just as the server has a scheduled reboot. The dupe depends on the world being unloaded then loaded again (reset) and on servers you can't save and exit. The server has to save and exit basically during a scheduled reboot. Lmk if it works.

U probably add new items to dupe and don’t save it
Does the wool farm matter what your simulation distance is?
