Honestly imo, rob just feels like a slightly worser version of bob. Instead of having bob go for the victim, we have to instead. Not only that, Bob literally counters rob, because most rob users will use rob against Bob resulting in the explosion. Thing is, the explosion gives a longer cooldown, whereas bob keeps its cooldown.
Some funny thing is that if bob user near you and about to slap, they cant because the bubble of rob didnt gone yet, which result in consume

Bob is a bit better rob and bob both counter each other. Rob and bob can just cancel each other and the explosion of the black hole makes rob have a 3 min cool down while bob keeps it’s cooldown lower. And when you want to chase flys the rob transformation takes time which makes you further and it despawns naturally and instead of it chasing them for you, you have to chase them. While bob chases them for you and takes less time to spawn
