So, most of these treatments that the boys are getting are indeed based off of research, science. This is what we call
한방치료(han baang chi ryo) and you can only practice this after you get your oriental doctor practicing license, and alot of these oriental medicine course takes place in some of the most prestigious universities in Korea.

I'm also like Ollie I laugh when I'm being fixed by the chiropractor my doctor said he has never had someone laugh at him when he's cracked someone's neck😂😂😂

Man, I spent 8 years in professional ministry, and it takes a toll on you. You are essentially a doctor for spiritual illness. Unless you have a very healthy way to deal with it, you eventually start to absorb some of the stress you encounter. I'm not surprised that Chris is in worse shape than Charles.

Cupping is like massage with a twist. The muscle tissue gets sucked into the cup and when it's dragged across the skin it rubs along the tissue but the suction pulls more blood flow into the region. It's not that different than techniques people this are pretty common, just achieved differently

As a physical therapist, that therapist's laugh, oh yeah, happens a lot. To make you feel better about it, just know that when a therapist gets on another therapist's table, we pay for everytime we laughed. Cupping is so good and so effective. Chuna reminds me of osteopathy.

"100 years from now we're gonna look back on and be like... can you believe that we did that to each other?"
My guy... Try 1,550 BC, the Egyptians have the earliest medical record of cupping.
And there's archeological evidence of it in China... 3,000 BC.
Some western modern medical people might not have found HOW it works through their POV, but man... It works 😂

Totally agree about how great chiropractic can be. Made a HUGE, and lasting, difference for me.

9:12 Yes, my mom is a sports massage therapist and she says there are a lot of health benefits with this. Something with getting the toxins flowing and out your system (like the aches and bad pains) but I don't remember her exact words haha. Sounds very spiritual loll, but there is actual science behind it XD

I can vouch for these treatments as I have an autoimmune disease where at its worst rendered me barely able to walk. I did fire cupping, acupressure massage, guasha (real one not the commercialised facial) and acupuncture and it helped so much. I’d have an hour’s session a week with a combo of a few of these treatments. You need therapists and physicians who know what they are doing though.
