okay i think for sure the car in the water is a metaphor because he says “falling into” the dimples and that he’s drowning in them. and then at the end he is drowning. so! i think the song is a metaphor for falling so in love with someone that it’s so intense it feels like a car crash. and it seems like he has no control over falling so hard for her because he says things like “let me go” and “i’m trapped” which i think is shown visually by him being in the back seat not in control of the car and she’s in the drivers seat… she’s very much in full charge of their relationship. so i think it’s a metaphor for falling in love very hard
"Dimples" symbolizes the attraction and the truth behind the person with this feature. Every time that person smiles they come out, but if there is no smile, then there are no dimples. So the video somehow shows the sides of love. You are first interested in the appearance of a person and only then you get to know their character. It shows that appearance seems more important than it is. In the end, it is the character of a person that awakens us from the illusion of love... where fake love can turn into real love. ... that would be my guess. :)
Honestly, besides the song being an absolute BOP, my fav part are the accessories. Like the glittery fingers/hands and face. I am obsessed with the visuals...
All of his song are SO catchy. When the chorus hit I couldn't stop smiling and dancing in bed! Also, the outfits are immaculate and the water scene is so beautiful.
The concept, cinematography, Woosung's voice were all so freaking mental that I'm having such a hard time deciphering everything. I can't get over the part where he's half-walking, half-hallucinating as he leaves a trail of paint(?) the same colour as his shirt from the soles of his shoes. This probably symbolizes his soul being trampled over as he moves onto another dimension. It seems like all this was just in his head the entire time, since he's back in the car with his love interest taking the wheel. Even when flashbacks of his life are being played they're mostly related to 그 사람, the one with dimples, indicating that he was always under their control, all the way till the end of his life. It's such an upbeat song but the meaning seems so dark and sad that I just want to give poor Woosung in the video a big hug.

to me, this song is about being enchanted by someone, their memorable parts (represented by dimples) being able to change what you do, your decisions, how you feel. my favorite part is where woosung is lying down on the road. and the chorus is so catchy, it’s stuck in my head!
My take: The underlying theme of the video is "no escape". The fishbowl, which is most definitely a symbol of her dimples, keeps appearing wherever he is and manages to take control of him. First, it crashes the taxi, then using the liquid inside, it transports him to the party. There, he again, becomes captivated by the bowl and it leads him to her. Feeling overwhelmed, he finds himself completely drowning in her. I'm going to assume that it's not water he's in, but the liquid that was inside the bowl. Finally, it comes full circle and he is once again, in the taxi, only this time she's the one driving which means she now has absolute control of him. On another note...the visuals in this video are STUNNING! I especially love the nails and the jewel details on both her hands and face! The lyrics too, are *chef's kiss*! I was so excited for this video and it didn't disappoint. Will definitely be rewatching it 100 times! :)
I love our fandom name TT Woolfpack sounds so cute. “Woo” is the first syllable of Woosung’s name, his dog’s name is “Woolfy”, and he debuted with the album “Wolf”. It’s actually perfect.
whoever was in charge of styling and makeup for this mv needs a raise immediately. the overall look for dimple-girl is stunning: her dress, her hair, the body pearls and jewels, even her nails are incredible. and woosung's look with the grey silk top and the pearl necklaces compliment her look perfectly, and the nails and fingers are such a subtle but smart touch.
My favorite part is Woosung sings underwater, the "You're killing me" and "I'm on my knees won't you just spare me my life" parts. No reasons needed. The whole mv is so cool. We love you Woosung, stay healthy

WOW THIS MV IS SOMETHING ELSE!! I think the story goes around being “stuck” while being in love - I noticed Woosung is never the taxi driver, which could mean that this is a love that wasn’t expected or chosen. At the start we see a clear bowl, instead of the sparkly one at the party, and when Woosung then gets into the taxi and looks to the window, he sees a little fish which could mean he’s still “underwater” aka amazed and stuck to this love! However i think he was set free since the sparkly bowl was broken when he “woke up” ahaha BUT ANYWAYS i loved this song so much! The mv matches it perfectly and the colors set such an amazing mood!! Can’t wait to see what’s next

I definitely think the girl could be a siren. She draws Woosung in every time she smiles. He get lured in by her dimples and can’t seem to shake the thought from his mind even when he’s out partying and surrounded by everyone else. Based on the sort of “dizzying” camera effects, I would say that it’s like a drug for him and without her dimples he goes into withdrawal. Sirens bring sailor to their destruction and in the end we see her driving away in the car that he crashed in initially. The mv has such a unique concept and it’s executed quite beautifully!! I love the details of the pearl decorated skin and fingers. All of the visuals were stunning!!
The chords in this are incredible. They blend smoothly from one to the other, feeling juuuust disjointed enough to carry you around without making you dizzy. Excellent!!

Woosung he is an extraordinary person with a unique voice. The video tells you how you feel when you start to like someone and how everything is perfect in them, as well as feeling suffocated.
i just love everything about this. everything is pleasing to the eyes, to the ears, even to the soul. the vibes is chef's kiss. i love the music, the mv, most especially, woosung. my heart is so happy ❤️
I love the contrast with "Lazy" that is an indoors song, started smooth with few colors, then dark colors and so strong at the end. "Dimples" is all brightness, lightness, the MV happens on the road, in the sea, makes me want to jump all the time.
The underwater scenes are all breathtaking and enchanting, especially Woosung singing the “You’re killing me” and “I’m on my knees won’t you spare me my life” parts in the mv. My theory: That's not JUST silver, It's Quicksilver. Quicksilver is a poisonous substance, which drives you mad (go crazy). So seeing those #Dimples is like him being under a spell/ influence / mesmerised. I relate 100%, I love dimples. This whole song/ video is about falling involve. Fast, hard and out of control. But being absolutely accepting of it. Great song, great video👏. This MV just popped up in my recommendations, and now I have become a fan!

So my Theorie is, that this girl is something like a siren. You actually see her in the beginning as this fish (who is out of the fishbowl). This is the moment you got sucked into her world. The difference to a normal siren is just that you fall for her when you see her (or her dimples) and not when you hear her. The other people in this world maybe also have fallen for her. When the girl appears she actually has wet hair and there is this line late " You are killing me" and he sings it under water. Sirens are famous for drowning their victims, so the under water also fits. There is also this myth of Iara, a siren who is normally singing at night especially in the moonlight.

Woosung never disappoints the concept, the melody and lyrics are really crazy and not to mention the beautiful voice that Woosung has that instantly grabs you and makes you want to listen to her every minute of the day.
My take on what's going on in the "Dimples" music video: They already said that the story is about Woosung's character encountering a fantastical creature. The fishbowl that we see a lot in the MV is what held/ represented the "white fish" we see in the subway shot at 00:18. Seeing the fish made him hysteric, and the car crashes. He bleeds and the blood loss (I am talking dumb from here I guess) makes him hallucinate the days he spent with his "dimple girl". The stare he gives us in the stairway is of having a deja vu. The warp effects probably make the scenes stand out as the mindscape scenes. From here, we start to get the context for the fishbowl. The same bowl we saw earlier filled with transparent fluid ('case why water?) is now in the scenes with silver fluid. It's possible the silver fluid itself is another resting form of the "white fish", and it has the ability to see things only the "dimple girl" wants to see. Actually, I'm still confused if the "dimple girl" is the fish 🐟. Anyway, so the mindscape scenes go on, and in the real-life at the subway, Woosung's character is still bleeding (I guess?). And somehow, his consciousness gets transferred into the fishbowl at 2:30. At first, he drowns and asks the "dimple girl" to spare his life. In return, he finds himself in the cab, but still in the bowl. That's when he feels what he felt for her the very first time- the astonishment, the charm, the beauty in her dimples. The "dimple girl" finally finds herself at peace with him. She saves his consciousness with her, in the fishbowl. Wrote so long 🤍 Keep bringing these pieces of art for us, Woosung! Thank you!
When I was little I wanted to have dimples but unlike fake freckles you can’t just paint them on. This song makes me go back to those days of innocently wanting something to be special about my face. Even so, growing up I’ve realized that I can be special with or without dimples. I can love myself for who I am and who I wish to become.
Appreciate the talent and the skills of Woosung! I just can't get over his and his group's songs. There is something special and unique in his voice which marks him and his songs stand out! My favourite part of the music video must be when he was injured in the car accident and instead of blood, there's silver liquid all over the place. Like who can complain, everyone knows that Woosung is an angel not a human! And also the part where he is underwater smiling while looking at his hand.♥️♥️♥️♥️
My interpretation: All the sparkles and glitter and water is giving me mermaid/siren vibes. Except instead of singing and drawing him into the water, she smiles(showing her dimples) and he can't help but come to her, knowing full well that it isn't good for him, that he'll "drown".The way she smiles in the last scene as she's driving is almost sinister or maybe mischievous. Like she knows exactly what effect she has on him and she's having fun with it. And the fact that he's in the back seat makes me think that he has no control, he's just a passenger on her magic carpet ride(or magic underwater car, whatever works for you 😂) and he's more than ok with that.
My take is that he feels like a fish out of water. He’s surrounded by a crowd of people yet he’s searching for something else. He seems not to fit in. Especially since he’s wearing colors that stand out. I also think it has to deal with a love that you feel comfort with that person that the world seems to be off without them. A love that can be beautiful but also dangerous. Favorite part was definitely you dancing with the crowd in that outfit (a still shot definitely would be so cool).

I definitely think the girl could be a siren. She draws Woosung in every time she smiles. He get lured in by her dimples and can’t seem to shake the thought from his mind even when he’s out partying and surrounded by everyone else. Based on the sort of “dizzying” camera effects, I would say that it’s like a drug for him and without her dimples he goes into withdrawal. Sirens bring sailor to their destruction and in the end we see her driving away in the car that he crashed in initially. The mv has such a unique concept and it’s executed quite beautifully!! I love the details of the pearl decorated skin and fingers. All of the visuals were stunning!!

I love the contrast with "Lazy" that is an indoors song, started smooth with few colors, then dark colors and so strong at the end. "Dimples" is all brightness, lightness, the MV happens on the road, in the sea, makes me want to jump all the time.

My theory: That's not JUST silver, It's Quicksilver. Quicksilver is a poisonous substance, which drives you mad (go crazy). So seeing those #Dimples is like him being under a spell/ influence / mesmerised. I relate 100%, I love dimples. This whole song/ video is about falling involve. Fast, hard and out of control. So my Theorie is, that this girl is something like a siren. You actually see her in the beginning as this fish (who is out of the fishbowl). This is the moment you got sucked into her world. The difference to a normal siren is just that you fall for her when you see her (or her dimples) and not when you hear her. The other people in this world maybe also have fallen for her. When the girl appears she actually has wet hair and there is this line late " You are killing me" and he sings it under water. Sirens are famous for drowning their victims, so the under water also fits. There is also this myth of Iara, a siren who is normally singing at night especially in the moonlight.

My take on what's going on in the "Dimples" music video:
They already said that the story is about Woosung's character encountering a fantastical creature. The fishbowl that we see a lot in the MV is what held/ represented the "white fish" we see in the subway shot at 00:18. Seeing the fish made him hysteric, and the car crashes. He bleeds and the blood loss (I am talking dumb from here I guess) makes him hallucinate the days he spent with his "dimple girl". The stare he gives us in the stairway is of having a deja vu. The warp effects probably make the scenes stand out as the mindscape scenes. From here, we start to get the context for the fishbowl. The same bowl we saw earlier filled with transparent fluid ('case why water?) is now in the scenes with silver fluid. It's possible the silver fluid itself is another resting form of the "white fish", and it has the ability to see things only the "dimple girl" wants to see. Actually, I'm still confused if the "dimple girl" is the fish 🐟. Anyway, so the mindscape scenes go on, and in the real-life at the subway, Woosung's character is still bleeding (I guess?). And somehow, his consciousness gets transferred into the fishbowl at 2:30. At first, he drowns and asks the "dimple girl" to spare his life. In return, he finds himself in the cab, but still in the bowl. That's when he feels what he felt for her the very first time- the astonishment, the charm, the beauty in her dimples. The "dimple girl" finally finds herself at peace with him. She saves his consciousness with her, in the fishbowl.

When I was little I wanted to have dimples but unlike fake freckles you can’t just paint them on. This song makes me go back to those days of innocently wanting something to be special about my face. Even so, growing up I’ve realized that I can be special with or without dimples. I can love myself for who I am and who I wish to become.
Appreciate the talent and the skills of Woosung! I just can't get over his and his group's songs. There is something special and unique in his voice which marks him and his songs stand out! My favourite part of the music video must be when he was injured in the car accident and instead of blood, there's silver liquid all over the place. Like who can complain, everyone knows that Woosung is an angel not a human! And also the part where he is underwater smiling while looking at his hand.♥️♥️♥️♥️

My interpretation: All the sparkles and glitter and water is giving me mermaid/siren vibes. Except instead of singing and drawing him into the water, she smiles(showing her dimples) and he can't help but come to her, knowing full well that it isn't good for him, that he'll "drown".The way she smiles in the last scene as she's driving is almost sinister or maybe mischievous. Like she knows exactly what effect she has on him and she's having fun with it. And the fact that he's in the back seat makes me think that he has no control, he's just a passenger on her magic carpet ride(or magic underwater car, whatever works for you 😂) and he's more than ok with that.

Hearing him say "typical" for the rest of my life seems like a good idea.
My take is that he feels like a fish out of water. He’s surrounded by a crowd of people yet he’s searching for something else. He seems not to fit in. Especially since he’s wearing colors that stand out. I also think it has to deal with a love that you feel comfort with that person that the world seems to be off without them. A love that can be beautiful but also dangerous. Favorite part was definitely you dancing with the crowd in that outfit (a still shot definitely would be so cool).
