I think the reason Brick Hill isn't Getting sued. Because the game makes roblox players remind them of old roblox if you haven't know yet, Brick Hill is a game for old roblox players to just enjoy the early days of roblox.
Suing (or legal action) is reserved only for blatant copy-and-paste assets, not if it’s just centered around the same idea. Finobe, an actual old roblox emulator with absolutely no other purpose was pressured by roblox to be shut down due to hats and games being copied

Honestly if you haven’t you should play apeirophobia (I may have mistyped that) it’s a horror game with very realistic monsters it’s basically a backrooms type game but there’s 12 stages at the moment I’m writing this so maybe for a video you can try different backroom games. This is just a suggestion

Roblox doesn't own the rights to the block avatar and the site does not copy any of the copy righted Roblox items. Also Roblox doens't own the sandbox type sites. Also the BH community is mostly about the forums not games.
