Nice video pal. When I empty my hot tub I use a wet vac to get the loose water. May be easier when doing the deck and will get alot more water out. Just an idea.
Hello mate, if im looking correctly a linder boat is £4000. I wanted a lightweight set up that I could trailer& was somewhat affordable which is why I chose a sib. I definitely don’t regret buying a sib but will probably look towards a solid hull boat in the future
Hello mate! The edges of the aluminium deck are kept in place by aluminium “runners” to stop them flexing & they are located ontop of a reinforced part of the boats floor. There is also an inflatable keel below the deck that runs down the middle of the boat that gives the floor a streamlined shape! The outboard stays on the boat as well as it is not the best of fun to move around weighing 43kg. I used to transport it in the car but not anymore
@FishingwithMattUK got it, thanks for sharing and answering questions, i currently own 6hp tohatsu, good for nearshore fishing but too slow for long rivers, so looking into upgrade
Hello, I originally had a 9.8hp Tohatsu & wanted to upgrade it. My trade in price was the same price as what I bought it for 2nd hand so thats why I traded it in. At the time it was a lot of money to be playing with so I didn’t want to spend the extra couple of £100. I may in the future upgrade it with a 20hp ecu

Nice one chris, a good idea! Unfortunately I don’t have a wet vac 😅
Great pratical content well done
Thanks Jmb mate, comments like this are really appreciated 👊
The man! 👍🏼
Big up Samir 😎
Hi Matt can I ask why you went the Sib route instead of the aluminium linder 440 type of boat

Does aluminum deck sits on some inflated pad? Or is it lays on plain cloth fabric? Also is it difficult to lift that outboard?

When you transport your boat, do you use transom saver to secure engine from bouncing and causing damage to transom?
Hello again 👋👋 I have a transom saver attached to my trailer. I did record fitting it but the videos have disappeared!
Also question on your motor, why not get 20 hp? Its same weight as 15?
