Hey guys!! I'm 16yrs old and eagerly wanted to get rid of pads.So first I thought to get started by using tampons and when I got used to it..I finally got my cup yesterday and used it for the first time today!! Literally on my first try and it wasnt painfull at all. Your pelvic muscles do all the tricks!🎀
I tried inserting several times, everytime like 70%of the cup goes inside and gets stuck in the last part....when it comes to the last part, it hurts sooo bad omg idk what to do! Can u plz guide me?

As someone who have been using MCup for like 3 years now... here are some things that I want to share:
1) It will take around 3-4 months to get use to it and figure out what kind of fold, insertion technique works for you and your exact time to unload.
2) If it is leaking, then it is probably because it did not unfold properly.
3) Mcups really helps get you comfortable exploring your lady parts.
4) The more mentally prepared & physically relaxed you are, the easier it to insert the Mcup.
5) Do not forget to properly sanitize your Mcup. BOILING WATER IS MY GO TO (Yes, it has to be boiling for proper sanitization) But you can also find liquid soap specifically made to wash the Mcups.

@@shagundubey2405 No it doesn't... The vagina is made up of a very strong and elastic muscle... Even after child birth it regains its original shape after a while so Mcups will definitely not stretch it. You will feel it after the very first use, when you take your Mcup out... the muscle automatically goes back to the way it was!!
@@dechinchoden7099 As I said it takes some time to adjust and know what works for you. You need to figure out if it's the right size, the correct insertion fold and the right time to unload your cup. I think it is best that you watch as many RUclips videos and read blogs/articles regarding the proper use of Mcups and watch someone who had been using it for a long time so that they can give you few tips and tricks. Hope you give it Mcups another chance.
Hey bestie taking out through pulling that end is not the right way ... it will create pressure and that might hurt to you. Press through centre and evacuate the vaccume to cut that out... basically the way it got in the way it will come out... happy periods!

You should definitely try it… it’s the best thing for a girl rather than some stinky rashes leaving pads… I’ve using it for a year now… At first you’ll definitely find it weird, uncomfortable and hurtful but as soon as you’ll get use too it.. You’ll find it probably the best thing happened to you….

I have been using pee safe S size cup from last 2 months and it's too comfortable to use. You didn't used it properly thats why you faced that much problem with it. But I have very good experience of it. Please if you are advertising something, just don't degrade the other brand.
