Also, I personally believe that if a crime could be looked at as being "no big deal" or "tolerable", defrauding the government out of tax money should be the most "tolerable" crime there is. Considering every time we go to work, or purchase a big ticket item(house,car,etc.), or obtain any capital gains, etc, WE the People are defrauded by the government. We are their personal ATM machine, with no withdrawal limit.
