- ➡️ Barcelona’s hunt to bring in Nico Williams from Athletic Club has dominated headlines for weeks now but the saga does appear finally close to an end. Williams is Barca’s top transfer target ahead of the new 2024-25 La Liga campaign and the Catalans are hoping a deal can be done. Diario Sport are reporting that Barca are optimistic about Williams and expect a decision by the middle of next week. Fabrizio Romano also claims we’ll find out at the start of next week.Barca are aware of interest in Williams from PSG but feel that he can be tempted to Camp Nou, particularly as he’s close to Lamine Yamal.

I would sell roque and raphinha. Raphinha is good even though he receives alot of criticism due to his 1v1 deficiency, he's been one of the most consistent players in the club for the past two seasons.

@@Kharayo998 so when you gonna play fermin and torre? fermin been impressive last season and hes performing good at national team. torre also impressive at training and preseason so far. those 2 surely not world class but theyre good enough to demand certain amount of playtime on 1st squad especially fermin. olmo is good and better than both fermin and torre. still, splashing 60m just for 3rd choice attacking midfielder (behind pedri and gundo) while having high potential youngsters (fermin and torre) isnt a smart move.
id rather use that to reinforce other position like dm since that position too dependant on unproven youngsters or makeshift dm by playing cb there. the only experienced dm are frenkie that somewhat injury prone, gavi whos more of a cm imo and hes injured for a long time and romeu whos had limited quality.
