My family doesn't want super soggy, mushy stuffing. And, yours looks perfect! Any tips when I make your stuffing? (Oh, Tess, may I ask what state/area you live in, etc?) This year was ducks. I love duck. I had plenty of turkey left over from Christmas. That still taste like the day it was cooked, So no cooking turkey, it was duck YUM
There a number of way and kinds of cooking turkey i like. ITS Hard to beat a butter garlic turkey, but i love smoked turkey the best. I love to smoke and cook them out on the smoker, 2nd way is the oven, 3 rd is deep fried. But deep fried is lots dryer but its good
