I have a question for you 4x4 industry experts! (and I wonder if you can tell me if it's true that the ironman nitro gas shocks match well with the original setup and can be retrofitted with the +5? I have a suzuki jimny 4x4 with m13a 1.3 l gas engine with shock absorbers and standard settings, yesterday afternoon I bought the new ironman nitro gas shock absorbers and the 4x4 spare parts dealer in Florence told me that these ironman nitro gas shock absorbers are suitable for 4x4 off-road vehicles with original finish or in a second you could put the springs higher and it would become a +5 high finish, is that true? Greetings from Florence, Italy!)
Hello from Australia! Thank you for reaching out with your question. It's great to hear that you've equipped your Suzuki Jimny with the new Ironman Nitro Gas Shock Absorbers. They are indeed a great choice for off-road enthusiasts. Regarding your query, it's correct that these shock absorbers are designed to work well with the original setup of your vehicle. They provide a good balance of comfort and off-road performance. Furthermore, retrofitting them with a +5 setup refers to installing taller springs to achieve a higher lift, which can further enhance the off-road capabilities of your 4x4. This is a common modification to improve clearance and tackle more challenging terrains. However, we would advise checking with a professional installer or a reputable 4x4 service center to ensure that this modification is done correctly and safely, especially since regulations and vehicle responses may vary. We hope this helps! Feel free to reach out if you have any more questions or need further clarification. Safe travels on your off-road adventures in beautiful Florence, Italy!
We currently don't have shipping to the Philippines, but if you contact our customer service team, we might be able to figure something out for you. May cost a bit extra though.
Unfortunately I bought a set of these for my triton with the adjustable dial hoping it would improve my rough ride but instead it probably made it worse. Even on the softest setting my ride is soo rough it is unbearable. Definitely disappointed
