Why is it I'm litterally using every mph per gear to maximise top speeds chasing 0.010 of a second here and there, I'm taking the exact line everyone else is, I'm pushing the car to its limits balancing speed/cornering so I'm full lock with max speeds each corner. I'm either braking or accelerating and never coasting. But yet I can't get below 1.56.6 with this car! It's never sideways or drifting, power is always directly to the road... any suggestions
Thanks for commenting on the current situation! While throttle and braking are important, there are some corners where coasting can be effective. On this course, for example, in the final section with the chicane, you might get a better time by going through it with the throttle off and brakes off. I think it's good to experiment with different driving techniques and find a style that works best for you.
@@mizky_RS OK il give it a try. I tend to hit the wall on that section 50% of the time trying to go full throttle, if nothing else it will do my moral some good completing more qualifying laps. Haha
Thank you for this! Managed to shave the extra few tenths and get silver, but i dont see my self getting another 3 seconds off that for gold lmao
Got Gold with pad and auto gear 😂
Thank you for your comment!!
It's really hard to shave off more time on this track.

And like I suggested earlier, my throttle down timing on exits means I use every inch of the road as smoothly as possible.
