Excellent Video. You are the only reason I have a 90 in my calculus class, I'm at the point where I do not pay attention to my calculus teacher and I come watch your videos to educate myself. Thank you!!
Excellent Video Trevor! The parents at King's College have a great deal of respect for you. One's ability to simplify rather complex concepts is a pillar of strength in the teaching community.
Great Video. This was very useful since I missed a class from my AP Cal class and I'm in the middle of doing homework over this. You made it very easy to understand so thank you so much.
hope you found the solution, but the denominator simplifies like (2x + 5)^2 and is the same as (2x + 5) x (2x + 5) which gives us 4x^2 + 20x + 25.. however the real reason we can't do that is because the factor 2x^2 doesn't exist in all terms! you can only cancel if it exists in every term separated by a plus sign,, hope this helps !
I just want to say, your videos are great, I've always disliked math because I missed some foundational concepts early on, so I've been scared to pursue fields that are heavy in math. I recently got the courage to go for one anyway, and your review helped me remember things I had to self-teach in order to get into the program. (never had calculus) Teaching on the internet can be a little one-sided, so I thought I'd take the time to add to the comments to let you know you are making a difference - not only to high school students - but also to others looking for help.
Could you re-do grade 10 math review? Of course it is alot of work so yeah it is all up to you. There is already a g10 review but it is old, therefore the quality is a little bit bad and maybe there are some curriculum changes nowadays. Thanks
A bit late but He is using the product rule first of all and the equation is (11x+2)(-5+3x^2) let's put it this way: product rule says: derivative of P(x)*G(x)+derivative of G(x)*P(x). in this case 11x+2=P(x) and -5+3x^2=G(x). let's use the rule: Derivative of 11x+2=11 so 11(-5+3x^2) then the derivative of -5+3x^2 is 6x so 6x(11x+2). putting all of the together is 11(-5+3x^2)+6x(11x+2). now from here on is algebra, he distributes 11 to -5+3x^2 that =55+33x^2 then also he distributed 6x to 11x+2 so that becomes 66x^2+12x combined like terms it becomes -55+99x^2+12x

faxxxx
How do the parent's of kings college know him? Is he a teacher there?
Unprecedented glaze but it’s true

Ive been watching through all of high school, your the goat
That was such a great review! You made it simple and the piecing was perfect
at 6:46 , why didnt you simplify the denominator then cross out 2x^2 from the numerator and denominator?

Are any of these examples gonna be on the test

Reviewing for a test.. Yes this helped greatly !
Thank you so much! This helped a lot!
I have a numerical methods exam after 1 hour,, and all of what I learned in calc 1 just disappeared. Thank you for the quick review
Can you provide link to the tables and stuff in the video .
I don't get why the chain rule is being used in 5 and 6 ? why isn't just the product or quotient rule enough by themselves?
nice! really helpful video for when you need a quick recap!
great overview video man !. This is really helpful
Isn’t power of function rule same as power rule?
Thanks for the review. This was very helpful.
Jensenmath, thank you 🦥

I have been thinking of doing that exact thing. Stay tuned...
JensenMath haha very good.
JensenMath ooo yes thay would be nice
Thank you for the great video!
im back mr jensen cant get rid of me that easily heh
Can someone tell me which app he is using?
Thanks I’m studying for my calc final
Thank you!
gracias
Thank you
Power of function rule is incorrect
explain?

I dont get it how did you got -55 sorry slow learner😅
And how the 12x got it?

somtime you are added repetition
thank you but you could write little bit better !!!!!
Thank you
Thank you
