i feel like Meredith does have plenty of reason not to be happy, sure there are people in the hospital with awful cases but that doesn’t negate her heartbreak over the situation with Derek As for Alex, i think he self sabotages, and with his confidence shaken from not passing the test he’s doing it even more. Cristina i couldn’t tell you LOL and for George, like you i think it’s the brothers that treat him like he’s stupid, not George at all.
