Lynx and Jay are definitely my favorites from this mix! One is a bumblebee-imaginary friend and the other is a battle unicorn-dragon!
I think lynx could be my DnD characters steed, Ruby the Typhling would adore such a wonderful thing. Soaring into battle she goes, newest member of the team. She flies into the flames of battle and comes out unscathed. She and her dragocorn work as one, fighting like legends, nothing in their way. Nothing can stop her and Lynx reaching their goal!
I like to think that Jay went and lives in a pool/fountain outside a preschool and likes to play with the children and they like to draw him but the caretakers don't believe he exists because he only shows himself for the kids.
I think you should breed hybrids with hybrids.

I think Tenshi would be in charge of an aggressive whitewater river that often gets really muddy and flooded and just rages around bends and boulders before calming down into one of his sibling's flowing waterfalls

They are all so cute! Here's what I think each of them would be in charge of:
Olivia: Hot spring near a volcano.
Jay: a stream running through a flower field that houses an apiary (cause he looks like bees)
Tenshi: Underground lake in a massive cavern
Wolfie: Dark woodland creek (with frogs of course)
Lynx: Enchanted forest river
Mythical: A foamy rocky seashore.

You should breed a water dragon with a sheep!
Dragons would take breaks from guarding their streams to hunt. But when a dragon tried to hunt a sheep, the sheep fought back, knocking the dragon to the ground, it started giggling. The dragon stood up and laughed a bit aswell. Neither of them wanted to hurt each other so they secretly became friends. And eventually mates.
(And maybe the dragon could be Tenshi)

Olivia - a pond in a maple tree forest
Jay - a lake somewhere in an open field
Tenshi and Wolfie - a waterfall in a cave (they would live together)
Lynx - a frozen lake on a snowy mountain
Mythical - a rocky formation in the middle of the sea

Olivia is gonna be in charge of her very own puddle! Jay is gonna be in charge of the fire falls. Tenshi is gonna live in some huge cave river. Wolfie gonna be that one that lives in a waterslide. Lynx is gonna live in a frog lagoon. Mythical is gonna live in the Mississippi 100%
A raging stream for Tenshi would be a floodwater-stream in the desert? They can travel far without any signs of them approaching in the area around the person. They are wild and dangerous, but bring live to the desert for a short time.
Edit: I looked it up and it seems to be called "Wadis"

Jay does magic in a children's art class- because he used up his horn to be as colorful as possible, he lost his abilities to do water magic. That's okay though, the children love him.
Tenshi probably lives in an underground river system that snakes through unground caves- perhaps ones that are known to be sought out for the outcroppings of garnets and rubies, which Tenshi hoards.
And rather than a mythical stream, I would say that Mythical protects an enchanted oasis in the heart of a magical realm. Maybe the realm where her parents are from?

Bella is my 14 year old Corgi- Jack Russell mix that my family got and trained not to bite (because biting is how she got given away in the first place) when she was about a month or two old. Cocoa is my 12 year old Pomeranian (that still acts like a puppy) who was actually a stray that we rescued when I was about a year old. We do not know if she is a pure bred Pomeranian or not because she was a stray. I love them both and I am actually watching this with Bella right now because Bella is the biggest cuddle bug I have ever met.

Olivia- Snowy, ice covered lake filled with bright orange immortal koi fish.
Jay- He protects a water supply for a community garden run by fairies. He lets only the gardeners, and a select few into the mystical rainbow garden.
Tenshi- He guards a strong beaver dam. Its very muddy there and he makes sure no predators attack the beavers.
Wolfie- She stands at a small pond, filled with frogs. She likes to make sure nobody hurts the frogs and too warn them if they are by a more, poison frog.
Lynx- He stands on top of a mountain protecting it and making sure the water supply is plentiful. He also gives to animals who come in need of help. He protects his water very cautiously keeping it to himself if he comes across a more, fishy creature.
Mythical- She protects a sacred underground water cave. If a creature is able to hold their breath long enough, they can swim down threw a tunnel and pop up in a air filled cave where mythical awaits. Any creature lucky enough to make it to the cave without getting lost, can be deemed worthy of a sip of magic water in the back of the cave mythical protects. The must have done something else amazing before they came, and mythical will look to the future to see if they do bad or good. If they do good she grants them the sip of magic water which gives them a random power in their paw, hoof, hand, claw, or fin.

Also I think you should do one where a dragon species like earth or sky can breed with themselves because 1, single moms is kind of wholesome in my opinion,2 I’ve seen great children without adding the dad’s / mom’s
