Do not waste your time or money going to the Alcatraz exhibit is boring and just a bunch of reprint pictures enlarged and hanging all over the walls everywhere. For the price my husband and I felt quite ripped-off when we left there.
Drove down to go to Splash Country on the 10th and it was alot of fun! I live about 2 hours away and it's really nice. I am just in awe of what Dolly did for this little poor mountain area she grew up in and how it all grew up around the park.
The Wilderness in Sevierville is an amazing place to stay!! We just got back from there. We also went to the Ripley’s aquarium in Gatlinburg. It was awesome!!
Thank you so much for this video. I have never visited before but my boyfriend is bringing me for the first time in two weeks. It looks like a lot of fun. You did an awesome job!!!!
Thanks for the video The wife and I are visiting pigeon forge in a couple weeks, it's nice to get a lay of the land before you go. I seen a shoney's 😄 I haven't seen one of them in years I thought they were all closed
@@sarahmorris389that's good to know, I will definitely go and try, I was maybe 11 the last time I ate at a shoney's 😄 So there's other shoney's in Tennessee aside from that one 😄
Yes!:) , there’s one on Conner Ln next to Dolly Parton stampede, and there’s another one on 3164 parkway in pigeon forge as well. Also *random recommendation* Im 20 and have been going up there for YEARS so, if you guys are lookin for some different experiences and something to do. I highly recommend pirates voyage dinner show in pigeon forge, the Tomb, and Tanger outlets for some shopping.
Great job on the video, we go every year and sometimes twice a year , its like our second home. I highly recommend your video to anyone that has never been to the area.
Downtown Disney is now called Disney Springs. This is the BEST drive through Pigeon Forge I have ever seen!!👍👍 I'm very impressed. I am going to see if you did Gatlinburg, and I will visit your channel. Excellent editing 👍👌👏
Wow, so much choice of things to do, especially "Carting" I also thought that the Comedy Shed, was Al's Toy Barn from Toy Story for a moment,😂😂 Brilliant video 👍👍👍..
It does look like Outback is going for a new aesthetic. My local outback relocated from a strip mall to the main mall, and its exterior looks like that now (since they put it and a few other restaurants where the Sears Auto Shop was)
They have been doing this for a couple years now. I don't like the new interior. Was a big fan, now I don't go there anymore. Texas Roadhouse instead. 😀
They changed names, I’m guessing they are having attendance issues. I visited on a Saturday in peak season at 1 PM and the attraction maybe had 15 people in it (Video coming to the channel soon)
TN is such an underrated vacation destination. I have been there many many times. I was married to an American girl & on trips back we always had to cross the Big Miss from Arkansas . I keep trying to tell friend's here in the UK to forget Florida , Vegas & NYC & take a trip there . Taking my daughters to Dollywood next fall.. I know they will love it.
I love The Great Smokey Mountains and by the way my wife and I start visiting these beautiful mountains over 25 years ago and this time we are a bit hesitant because of COVID 19 epidemic but because we have never experienced a unclean or unsanitary Place in Gatlinburg , Pigeon Forge nor Servillierville
I will be there at the end of October with friends this will be my third time in Gatlinburg Pigeon Forge and Sevierville I love the area it's so country
Every since we saw a helicopter crash in Sevierville, we do not ride them anymore. My husband would still ride but I will not let him. That was an awful crash killing everyone on board. Sad thing is, the pilot was alive when it crashed but he was on fire and he come running out of the wreck and fell and no one could get to him fast enough. It was the worst thing I ever witnessed.
Where he said try my nuts. Go down to the fun time trolley that's where u find the trolley. Going north south and somewhere else is $1 and Dollywood and Dollywood splash country is $2.50. A wrist band for all day is $3
Thanks for the video. Usually I am driving and miss half of this stuff. Plus everything is so close that I can't even tell what they are or what they are selling. I can't imagine staying in a hotel. We always get a large cabin with a hot tub and game room for way cheaper than many hotels.
Look for Bennett’s Restaurant. They have the best Bar-b-que in Tennessee. They smoke all their meats for hours and hours. But, it’s not a real heavy heavy taste. It’s family owned for Decades. It’s a must in my book. It’s rated 4.5 out of 5 stars. They have at least 2 locations in Tennessee.
I went to tennesse to and I saw that king kong statue it was so big but I did no saw the face I wanted to see the face really really really really really bad
great vid, going up in Jan. The local Goat is a must try for burgers, great food and drinks. You and Molly have a safe trip in Europe, and keep the videos coming.
Who else is watching this during quarantine because they miss Piegon Forge?
The Rodgers Family!
we sure miss it, We usually go down about 3 times a year. So far this year 0 times . we hope to go yet this year.
Yep
I went up there seven months ago and I want to go back up there again
Yes i miss pegion forge, im going in october though!
Omg I just got back from there and I stayed at Creekstone inn behind the Track lol

I liked it. You should go to parrot mountain that was sweet to see
@@shannondemers8728 loved Parrot Mountain, Moe (the parrot) wouldn't get off my shoulder. A man who worked there had to come and get him.

I've been also to the Titanic it's worth going to as well
da jo I went to the one in Branson Mo and I enjoyed it
@@pmoneygetter I heard about that one too from the staffs
Thank you for these videos. I got several ideas of what to do and where to eat just by watching this video!! So helpful.
Only people who’ve been to Pigeon before 2018 will know Dolly Parton’s Stampede as Dixie Stampede
Thanks for the video The wife and I are visiting pigeon forge in a couple weeks, it's nice to get a lay of the land before you go.

Got talked into going to the Comedy Barn (family friendly comedy, that sounds terrible I thought)
I laughed so hard it hurt.... glad I went.
Great job on the video, we go every year and sometimes twice a year , its like our second home. I highly recommend your video to anyone that has never been to the area.
We are going in August and am so excited. Thank you for the video has helped me plan itineraries
Actually the NASCAR Speedpark roller coaster only coast 5-7 dollars to ride. You can buy a one time pass for the coaster.
That was a great tour, stayed in pigeon forge 30 years ago, sure has changed,so many more buildings
The big Daddys pizza place is really good you should try it

How is the outside of the Titanic exhibit "cheesy"? Very weird take my man...
I was there 3 weeks ago with my dad for my usual birthday trip💜 I love pigeon forge and Gatlinburg I’d move there one day if I could afford it
We are there right now too! I cannot get over how many new places there are from last year. It's crazy
Went to the pirates dinner show beside the island last week. Pretty fun.
Wow, so much choice of things to do, especially "Carting" I also thought that the Comedy Shed, was Al's Toy Barn from Toy Story for a moment,😂😂 Brilliant video 👍👍👍..
We usually stay on the strip
Looks like you filmed this when i was there. Cool.

Can't wait for November that's when we will be there, thanks for the ride.
Went to the alcatraz museum. It was definitely not worth what i paid. It was cool, but not worth the money.
Thanks for this, we’re going here in September from the UK for the first time. Cheers
Have fun ,goi g there next week for the first time too!
Have funn for me havent been able to go there in almost 8yrs
We've been going at least once a year since 1976our kids were young, now they're in their 40's.
Wait... Why is it now called "Beyond the Lens?" I thought it was "National Enquirer Live."
They changed names, I’m guessing they are having attendance issues. I visited on a Saturday in peak season at 1 PM and the attraction maybe had 15 people in it

Same here I am here in pigeon forge as I write this and nobody was in NEL at all strange!

Hi is Cooters museum located here or is it still located in Gatlinberg??
Still in Gatlinburg, moving to Pigeon Forge later this year
Wait, SHONEYS IS REAL??????? I thought that was just a Rick and Morty bit.
It’s real
That crime museum is straight up legit.
A lot of go kart tracks! I love go karts
Not a creek it's the little pegion river

I live 45 minutes from Pigeon Forge in Knoxville Tn. Absolutely love going there a solid 15-25 times a year
Coming from a pigeon forge native you should try focusing on both sides of the road
I'm supposed to go to dollywood June 20th 😂👍😁
We stayed in the motel next to the shark store with shirts and stuff

It was somewhere we really wanted to go but ran out of time
Donna Killewald My group like ribs at the Local Goat way more than Benett’s

That's sad though

IMO, if you're going to Bennett's, do the one in Gatlinburg. The food tastes better and the salad bar stays fresher.
I don't anything like that where I live, looks like an amazing city to go to
Victoria Walker it is I live in Tennessee and visit there a lot is very fun
That's the hotel I stayed at last summer before school started 6:16
All trains? I'm in! I stayed there before
Thanks
