Just how to make the text grow synchronously with other forms ? thx

Not sure here, if you use the text box that is attached to each shape the text should grow. If you have added a text box then not

Try right clicking the shapes and having a look at the shape sheet. You might be able to match the size in doc properties which is on the developer tab. I am not sure how to do it but I am pretty sure you can
