Great, now you need to build a overworld portal in the nether on the other side of this portal with a hidden overworld base inside. You can fake water with blue stained glass, afterall you are already a pro at processing it anyway lol

the best detail in all of this for me was the stone surrounding the circle and then planting trees around it, that really made it look like it was killing the flora

This inspired me to make my own portal like this. I did it in creative and it's only as big as the island, but I still broke and placed thousands of blocks. Thank you for showing me that I can do something incredible.

I feel like almost every mc RUclipsr has at least one of these moments where they learn something new about Minecraft. Like it’s a big game that has hundreds of small, unnoticeable changes over more than a decade of tweaking and updating. There’s *always* something new to learn! It’s incredible!!
@@queenchaosyetyeah I'll still talk to people occasionally that don't know smaller things like how you can shear the pumpkin off a Snow Golem's head and it has a little coal face under it, but also big things like Fortune on an Axe increases drop rates on Saplings and Apples. Some things hit a point where they become such common knowledge that no one vocally talks about them causing it to reverse into lesser known concepts for new players or ones that slipped through the proverbial cracks.

The absolute scale of this video is insane! I kept thinking it was gonna end but then you just terraformed the whole area around the portal or built a base under the portal or whatever. Insane.
i think adding a bridge to all the portals would look quite nice and maybe make the bridge look withered and torn to give it a more nether like look. Either way this looks beautiful!!! i do hope you keep it

A nice touch would've been replacing the gradient blocks under the obsidian with netherblocks, giving the appearance of gazing through the portal instead of seeing stone below

When I saw the thumbnail I was disappointed because I thought he stole this idea from Sand. BUT Kolanii gave him a shout out and made the build absolutely massive. Also I love the addition of the glow from the lava. Huge respect man for the time u put into this.

I couldn't even build a 20x20 security house while this dude build a nether portal that is about 900x bigger with a giants tree in survival hardcore Minecraft just for content and epicness
Just an thought for the stone area, instead of it just being perfect stone, I would add in "splots" of andesite and cobble\mossy cobble to show the ground being more natural than just stone it's self, create texture to ensure it's fully 100% custom. Past that! LOVE IT and now I want to make something as well at some point.. Now what to make?.. 🤔

It looks incredible, but I think a circle of course dirt with dead bushes between the grass and stone would've been the perfect touch.
I love the shroom lights so much!!!!!! My second favorite lighting blocks, barely beat out by frog lights! But yea the shroom lights look like fairy lights, very lovely :))))))

On one hand I envy this kind of dedication. On the other I can not imagine how much pain you go through to build this.
