A message of what, exactly? Discrimination will never end regardless of how the Supreme Court rules. Employment is almost always considered "at will" by the employer and employee. They can fire at anytime and a worker can quit at anytime. If the boss doesn't like trans people, they can simply say the reason for firing was unsatisfactory performance. How would the fired trans worker fight that in court? They really can't prove discrimination. This is a cause that seems well-meaning but ultimately will do nothing for transgender people regardless of how the Supreme Court rules.

transgender people don't have an assigned sex, they have an actual sex recorded at birth just like everyone else. Stop co-opting terms from the intersex community who actually have experienced harm by being assigned a sex at birth that at often times was incorrect and could have been discovered in modern times with the right testing. How or why trans identified individuals have developed a gender identity at all, let alone one that is opposing their biological sex does not change their biological sex or the fact that is was RECORDED at birth. Sex is only assigned in certain cases of complex DSD conditions and not everyone develops a gender identity. Gender identity seems to be something that exists especially in parts of the world where sex based steretypes are especially persistent.

I can't find it anywhere, therefore it's hard to believe this video that you just posted. I'm a heterosexual female and I've been following you for many years now. I support you and everything you do, but can you please show me where is it that the government is debating whether or not lgbtq + people should be fired? It’s mainly a Supreme Court case where a transgender woman was fired after coming out to her boss.
So then, isn't this post going a little bit far? There's just one case then and her Instagram post is claiming there's three cases and that the entire Trump Administration is considering the ability for everyone and anyone to fire an LGBTQ+ person at any time. This post is completely exaggerated! ....but I still love Jazz and her family! I'm just really extremely tired of exaggerated fake news stories.

transgender people don't have an assigned sex, they have an actual sex recorded at birth just like everyone else. Stop co-opting terms from the intersex community who actually have experienced harm by being assigned a sex at birth that at often times was incorrect and could have been discovered in modern times with the right testing. How or why trans identified individuals have developed a gender identity at all, let alone one that is opposing their biological sex does not change their biological sex or the fact that is was RECORDED at birth. Sex is only assigned in certain cases of complex DSD conditions and not everyone develops a gender identity. Gender identity seems to be something that exists especially in parts of the world where sex based steretypes are especially persistent.

Well you have to understand that the whole area below the waist looks like a grenade went off. If you have ever seen the butt end of a raw chicken, that is what Jaron Bloshinsky (aka Jazz Jennings) looks like now. When it urinates, the pee just kind of dribbles out of the open wound area, mixing with the blood, pus, etc. that are constantly building up in the open wound cavity.
