I use spottrac a lot and yes on some lakers trades where they send out more money it will still have them as 2nd apron team. Usually happens when the min contract added is less than the diffrence needed to under
I think a lot of teams haven't realized that draft picks are limited and you can only trade them once, and now players aren't valued at multiple picks. I would be shocked if any team gives more than 1 unprotected for Cam Johnson/Cam Thomas/Jeremi Grant/Nic Claxton/Lavine/Sexton/Collins/Rob Williams/Simmons/Ayton and etc. Teams think that they can get multiple firsts when they should just get a good unprotected pick from a team that wont be good 5-6 years from now but wants to win now. Instead you're just stuck with guys you don't really want to maintain value
He's also shooting 39% FG% and 32% from 3PT. Some of the most horrific numbers for a scorer that only plays one side of the court. The Hawks around Trae are better, but he is worse than ever. The league is moving beyond Trae as a serious number 1 guy
I think its silly by teams to not capitalize on getting the picks they can now, just because the trade deadline is later. The Nets can call the Lakers today and get at least 1 unprotected pick for Cam Johnson, maybe 2 unprotected more if you add a Cam Thomas or Dennis. If you wait later, maybe the Lakers target another player with their picks, and then you're selling to a team whose unprotected picks are worth less than the Lakers. There is an advantage in moving first, before the market establishes a value. You capitalize and get your value quickly. Every tanking team should be selling if they can get a fully unprotected first round pick that can be worth a lot 4-5 years down the line. That's the goal of tanking. Sell for value you can get. Don't be the Raptors or Chicago and move too late
Indiana might want to explore trading Myles Turner and bringing in Jakob Peoltl. More security as Myles is expiring with competition. Plus Jakob is a nice fit, good defender, and a much better rebounder. Doesn’t stretch the floor but maybe there is still a little upside and less risk.
@@HMONEY821 well I meant it more as a three team or multi team trade. Move Myles to say the Lakers or another buyer and move young or expiring contracts and draft capital to Raptors. The main issue is they are at risk of losing Myles for nothing or nearly nothing (sign and trade scenarios) in the offseason. It would be different scenario if Indiana were playing well but currently they are not.
Bulls should get Simmons in a 3 team deal, lavine to a contender, very young talent from bulls and the contender to brooklyn, Simmons to bulls to help lose and free up money into the future
The issue is finding a team that wants to pay Lavine $90 million. The Sixers were the only desperate ones and they already spent it on PG. I'm not sure the Lakers will do it because they learned from the Westbrook deal. The Bulls are going to have to add something to Lavine...
AD worth the most let's get a new ⭐ garlin,ant, 🐜 someone from a organization that doesn't hold on to their Stars we could not get jaw or Greek freak but we could get someone from some other organization
We aren't going on a cruise for health purposes. Our family went through a lot of health stuff this past year (cancer, various surgeries, etc), so we are going on a cruise over Christmas to celebrate that all being behind us.

Why are people still so excited over Jermi Grant??? He’s shooting 38 percent on a bad team!
Trae Young had a 22 assist game Wednesday night and passed Elfrid's 21 assist game for the most in a game this season
He's also leading the league in turnovers at 4.6 tpg and his shooting percentages are terrible.

@blablablaa14
That's what I've been saying for years - Young is an inefficient-shooting ballhog and turnover machine.
Lmao he said something true of trae young and everyone piles on with bad stats.
Happy thanksgiving 🦃🦃🦃 Front office report 👍🏾
FVV is also technically expiring

That would be highway robbery by the raptors

Not really - it's not like Turner is averaging 25/12.

@brandoni241 lakers might get bronned into the deal, especially if he's shooting 45 percent from 3.
So Keith will be contacting Kevin all the time on his cruise.

Christmas Story!
Cooper Flagg probably won't end up being any better than Cam Johnson, if even that good.
Cam Johnson is better than mikal bridges atp lol
Sixers are in a complete mess.
Keith showing way too much shade on lamelo . It’s the east and nobody plays defense no more in the league he’s balling stop the hate
His percentages aren’t bad when you consider volume and output he’s averaging
31 7a 5r he has a special game
I bet Oklahoma will trade their star since LBJ gave him a lot of love
Lamelo got benched once and you must not be watching cuz he’s must watch tv right now.
😂 cruise ship for health purposes?
How big is your family?!?

@keithsmith9912
Sorry to hear that. Sound like you guys deserve a cruise 😊
