They took the main riff from Lithium by Nirvana the similarity is too much and that's probably the only reason this want released as a single. In my opinion Married With Children is a far better song than Lithium. And Kurt Cobain was also a riff thief so fuck him.

once my husband told me "jazz is the music I can bear" and when I listened alternative rocks in 90s , he said it sounded primitive(also I was classical pianist for a while so I enjoy all classics which he never heard. I am just omnivore on music) especially when he drived he always played the progressive jazz for keeping him up awake. So often I played this song and sang along. He never get the points. And one day, he said " hmmm. Now I kinda start to like this song...... what he(Noel)talks about? ...... wait..." so finally he got it. Anyway now he likes Oasis. And we listen rocks and classics even he drives at night, Kinda happy end.
