Its really more just a game of chance. Sometimes everything falls in your favor. Other times you can't even reach the final stage. Still a fun game though and I've been playing since season 1.
One thing you didn't seem to know about is you can have up to six things in your hand including units you buy. If your hand is not full you can buy a unit that would be trippled and it will automatically get all the ones in your board and combine it in your hand. So you didn't have to sell something to make room just buy it and add it to your hand. There were other things that were sub optimal but I think it all comes from you not knowing about keeping units in your hand. Hope it helps.
I knew about the things in your hand, but the video was already long enough as it was so some things had to be cut. I go with the idea of selling things I don't think I will use rather than save them to my hand to give enough Gold to upgrade the shop, get a shop re-roll or whatever, but yep still discovering things and it's a fun game 🙂

Yea I like it, but sometimes as you say luck can just not be on your side. The fun is trying to make a bad hand good sometimes! 😀
