I think Aptive was a great company to introduce me to the industry and teach me a few things. Unfortunately the promises and straight up lies in order to get the sales wasn’t something I was comfortable with. That being said I did door knock to start my company and Aptive was the one I can thank for giving me the scripts to do so.
Mad respect for Chandler. Amazing mentor and while the skill you learn with Aptive are huge, Chandler puts even more power behind it. The skills are worth way more than the money, but even that money is made to mean more with Chan's real estate expertise.
I'm only 16 right now but have been watching Graham and meet kevin for awhile now and found you through them. I've been really interested in real estate for awhile and am now super interested in sales. I'll definitely be applying in a few years.

A lot of little details like lower commission as a rookie and not getting full commission if you don’t meet a quota, little stuff that adds up to it not making much more money then any other job. Awesome Vid Chandler! I was wondering would the company offer a work permit to Canadians to come work there or is it for U.S. Citizens only? I've done a lot of door to door sales and street/cold approach for club promotions - this seems right up my alley.
In my city you are currently required to wear a mask in public. Some people are very vulnerable. An Aptive guy just came to my house without a mask to sell me their junk. I have a no soliciting sign and it still didn't stop him from repeatedly knocking on my door. Looking up this company I see many have complaints.
@@owencf No, but in my city during a pandemic it IS ILLEGAL to go out in public soliciting people without a mask like this BS company did. And besides... if someone has a no soliciting sign why would you waste your time and more important... THEIR time to solicit someone when they have that sign up? If they can't read a sign how are the supposed to read the contract that they want you to sign?

According to law in my city "solicitors must immediately leave any property that has a sign or notice that prohibits soliciting and may not open or walk through any door or gate that has such a sign." This is section 23-143. So...for the record... 👍🏼

Aptive door to door salespeople are just the worst! I'm purposely not opening or answering the door for a reason, yet you guys will ring my doorbell nonstop.
I sold over 200k this summer, my first summer. My team did over a million. Our teams retention was about 5%. Me from 200k in serviced revenue, down to around 15k. Me and everyone on my team came out owing money for the summer. Talk about a shit company.
