It was really informative towards the end on that parliament talk show bit. well done but the truth is that China, Japan, Singapore & European Union members are all ethnic countries. Ethnic countries have quick consensus due to common culture & language. Africa has only 5 ethnic countries but the rest are colonial contraptions which cannot be effective.
