Great find! Thank you so much for taking the time to post this, this is exactly what I was looking for. I have a 2014 Zero S and my onboard charger died (again). I do have tech school degree in electronics, but I have a few basic questions. 1) what gauge wire are you using? 2) what soldering iron do you use (how many watts)? 3) Where do you get the connector that connects to the bike? What is it called? 4) I had thought the OEM onboard charger was 1300 watts, which would be over 10 amps (10 x 116V), but in the video you say 7 amps is more than you see with the stock charger--is that right?

No with stock charger is usually 3-5 amps .. but this is a fx .. I only have 1 Calex Charger .... 2 of The YZPower would put you a little over what your stock chargers put out ... basically I'm using the same size wire that comes out I the charger .. deans connectors, e5 connectors are good , of course Anderson is the best connectors.... good luck ... YZPower still going strong

@@arizonadualsport2590 I did order the charger a couple weeks ago, and still waiting for the slow boat from China, but will be very excited to have my Zero back--it has been sitting in my garage since last summer when the charger died. Well, I'm glad I waited. Hooking up the output of two chargers in parallel can actually lead to voltage oscillations where the two controllers fight regulate the voltage... but you have shown that it doesn't happen with your particular setup... I only ordered one supply, which I think is good enough to charge overnight for my commute, which is really all I need.
