[INGREDIENTS]
4 Medium Sized Potatoes
2 Tbsp Ghee
1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Tsp Kitchen King Masala or Pav Bhaji Masala
1/8 Tsp Turmeric (Haldi)
1 & 1/2 Tsp Finely Chopped Garlic
Salt as per Taste
Some Grated Processed Cheese
Some Chopped Fresh Coriander
[BAKING INSTRUCTIONS]
OTG/Convection: Preheat at 180°C for 10 min. Then bake for 25-30 min.

I tried this recipe it turned out very well but I did not do in otg instead I cooked the potatoes in cooker and sliced them and added the masala mixture and placed it on hot tawa for 2 minutes and ate it really it came very well

@@shreyosiroy4815 The flavour was good but it was raw in the middle then I had to separate them into smaller pieces and bake again
@@sathvikka5716 i see..thanks for replying. I guess it will be a good idea to actually slice the potato in separate thin pieces, brush them with that ghee mixture and then bake them
