Living Fearless is so helpful. I am going to order another copy for a friend. I have an English accent and read this book to my husband, but am not sure about whether I qualify as cool. 🤔
Thanks for writing this book we really needed this sort of assistance and direction. Enjoyed the interview too.

Often a response to a boundary violation.

I bought the book before it came out ... finished it the day it did come out... I also got it on Audible & Kindle... (so many reasons why... but #1 reason, it's a GREAT BOOK and Jamie is a fantastic teacher) couple questions... #1) at 3:30 Jamie is talking about Anger is a proper response to injustice ... (right, I LOVE that) ... but he uses an example of a person seeing a child being mistreated and the 1st response is FEAR... I think he meant to say "injustice there" but would love some clarity on that... and then my 2nd question is ... how does his teaching relate to the guy that is feeling road rage... the people that are normally calm and collected but then they get caught up in yelling at someone cause they just cut them off on the road? ... I'm sure that is somehow going to be connected to a response to a perceived "injustice" ... but being "cut off" in traffic hardly seems to qualify as injustice... if you EVER get to ask him something like that - PLEASE LET ME KNOW... thanks for the excellence in interviewing ... sLr
