Really exciting deck! I am studying marseille so this could be helpful with that. And I also love birds! This will go to my wishlist!

THESE. ARE. SO. BEAUTIFUL!! How did I miss this video of yours, it's from 3 months ago!?! (I guess RUclips didn't want me to spend more money on yet another deck. No chance, RUclips, I'm definitely getting this one. (Luckily for me this beauty is mass marker :) )).
I just love how it looks, the medieval-style drawings, the parchment colour and the feathers on it. I used to pick feathers when walking outside a lot when I was younger (now I pick rocks. Maybe I should have stick with feathers - less weight and less space to occupy :D) and this looks like... I would put the feather between pages in the book or something, I don't know, but ooooh! I just can't wait to have it in my hands!! (yes I checked my eshop where I buy from abroad if they have it first. And they have it. Nothing can stop me now lol))

I just recieved this Tarot myself yesterday and right away it gave an awesome reading! I am still familiarizing myself with this deck and the Marseille style (I’ve always been more partial to RWS), but this deck felt so good right off the bat!!

Ohh I really love that concept of pairing a feather/specific type of bird with the Tarot cards. Especially since the way I tend to get signs is by finding feathers while I'm on on my way to work etc. Plus I really like that they used feathers with a more old style looking Marseille look. It reminds me of scrolls and plumes and I immidiately get the image of somebody sitting in a castle on a desk with candlelight writing a letter or sth like that.
Also thank you for taking the time to read the keywords and the associated feather for each one.

OMG Christa I’ve been into keywords too lately! I’ve been working with my keyword decks and taking second looks at new decks with keywords so much more than ever before. I wonder if there is something in the stars because I’ve also been feeling erratic so I think the keywords help me rein it in 😅. I LOVE this artwork and I’ve been strongly considering the RWS from Artisan but this one is very VERY pretty. How cool! I love me some birds decks too! Do you have Avian Tarot. I’ve been enjoying 😊

I don’t have the avian tarot!!! I’ll have to look that one up!😁

Wow. I held off purchasing because 1-I’m trying (and spoiler, failing miserably) at a slow/no buy and 2- usually marseille decks do intimidate me because I’d consider myself intermediate just with RWS. However, lol…not only is this deck just stunning and I’ve had my eyes on it but it does not look intimidating at all and it also seems as if it’s going to make learning marseille a lot easier thanks to not just the names/numbers of each card but the keywords as well. I’ll start the beginning of March trying to slow down, plus it’s not RWS therefore technically I can still purchase it. I don’t own a marseille deck either, so no time like the present to start learning and with an absolutely stunning deck to boot! When it comes to buying decks, I’ll find any loophole and will admit my willpower is pretty pitiful lol. Great review as always, love! Have you gotten a chance to work with this deck more since this review and if so, how’s your experience been?

I totally agree that it feels like it’s making marseille a bit more approachable as someone who doesn’t know that system well either!! I’m finding it’s a great learning tool in that way, and the bird layer is just really fun!

I like the art, but I'm really questioning what the feathers add to the deck? And I don't like those keywords. But the art is pretty!

I’m going to need Tarot Magpie feather tarot video of some sort!

The moon with the spinner and the magpie feather is my favourite! I may have ordered this one-it was on too good a sale. And I’m hoping with the keywords it’ll help me learn the Marseille minors a bit more easily, even though I don’t usually like keywords.

This is such a lovely deck and I really like the keywords. It is on my wishlist. What a terrific walkthrough I'm glad you talked about the feathers :) Have you looked at the Avian Tarot by Brittney Lyn Batchelder? It's black and white with small elements of gold. The names of the birds are on each card. It is a beautiful deck in my opinion.
