These legendary moments showcase what happens when audience members dare to interrupt masters of crowd work, leading to devastating comebacks that left hecklers wishing they'd stayed silent.
From Troy Bond's legendary verbal knockout to Joe Rogan's merciless destruction of an overconfident audience member, these encounters demonstrate why challenging a professional comedian is never a wise decision. Watch as years of quick-thinking and crowd control expertise transform into weapons of mass humiliation, leaving hecklers scrambling for the exit.
Experience the raw energy of live comedy when shows take unexpected turns, as seasoned performers demonstrate why they're the masters of thinking on their feet. These unforgettable exchanges highlight the lightning-fast wit and devastating wordplay that make great comedians untouchable in verbal combat. Each confrontation serves as a masterclass in crowd control, timing, and the art of the perfect comeback.
Perfect for fans of unscripted comedy moments, epic takedowns, and those who appreciate the swift justice served to those who dare interrupt a professional at work. These career-defining moments remind us why heckling a comedian is like bringing a water balloon to a gunfight - you're going to end up destroyed, and everyone will be laughing at you. Entertainment
Some comedians get angry with hecklers, some get annoyed, but Jimmy Carr encourages heckling and never misses a step.
He explicitly says it at the beginning of the clip: “Now is the time you’re allowed to heckle”.
And I find the guy hilarious, but his heckle come-backs are only funny the first few times. They’re mostly a variation of “your mum is a prostitute”, never mind what the heckle originally was about.
Jimmy Carr is one of the worst comedians I've ever seen
Yeah, I'm not big on him either, but I don't like comedians that that get pissed off at the hecklers and spoil the show. A good comedian can make the heckler the joke.

The irony of Troy's heckler doesn't realize he's mixed
I'm mixed, and being mixed isn't a pass dude. No one would clock him as being black in any way, but you see him through white folk eyes, not Black folk eyes... Know how I know? Because I'm Black and Ainu, I have a Black father just like him, and black folk rarely believe I have ANY black in me. We CLEARLY look different to black folk with two black parents, verses one black parent, whether that be the father or the mother. Hell, even my features look more Afro-centric than his. Instead of speaking through your own view as a white man, maybe think through the view of a Black person, and if you can't, you don't associate enough with Black folks.
Congratulations, y'all missed my point entirely...
@FujishimaAkiko you could have just said that you were ignorant. It would have taken up less space.
@FujishimaAkiko It wouldn't matter either way; it's got nothing to do with seeing through white eyes, black eyes, mixed eyes. A joke is a joke. If you can't handle it, go to the same place she did; the hell out of here. Humour is not your place so go elsewhere while the rest of us both black and white people can enjoy humour.
@@FujishimaAkiko I think what he is referring to is where he is coming from in his heart. @teslainvestah5003 is referring to the irony of the situation, not expecting a "pass" ! Besides, why does he even need a "pass" regardless of his race? It is comedy, in a comedy club. You need to settle down there Fuji.
@@FujishimaAkiko God, how do you as the vocal minority don't realize the silent majority don't give a fuck about this social justice warrior shit. Nothing is going to change in the black community until the black community admits there is a problem and takes responsibility for their actions and raises their kids right. And raises them to care about others and the community they live in instead of blaming the straight white man for all your problems. All you're trying to do is showcase your perceived "moral superiority" over others and its fucking obnoxious. Deep down they only thing you care about is stroking your ego not making any real type of change your just an annoying coffee shop revolutionary. Go back to studying for your gender studies degree so you can one day become even more annoying.

@@NoRUclipsName1 I am 99% sure Jimmy loves the heckling, no matter what they are. He does rate them tho 😂
Jimmy Carr ripping off a Roy Chubby Brown joke though, pretty sad. The two C's joke was Chubby Brown's, although Jimmy put a very slight spin on it and changed it to girlfriend from mother. The original was your mother had two C's and you were one of them. I like Jimmy Carr, but why is he stealing material from other comedians? A bit sad that as I'm sure he can write his own material.

I inadvertently heckled a standup once by saying absolutely nothing.
I was in San Francisco and I was looking for a quiet bar that was playing the NBA playoffs that also served food. I found one but little did I know that it was open mic night that night and the bar was fairly small.
I was the only one sitting at the bar watching the game and one comic was bombing. I was facing away watching the game when he starts saying how disrespectful it is that some people are watching the game when there's someone doing standup then he calls out to me asking me who's playing. I just ignored him and kept watching. He kept calling out to me to get my attention but i just kept watching the game.
There was complete silence and I just felt the strongest second hand embarrassment that I probably ever had at the time. He didnt know how to recover and there was not a single laugh from the small crowd.
The TV was on mute the entire time.
You wished to be left alone, and stood strong by ignoring him.
Sometimes, the best way to combat a bully is by doing nothing. The vast majority are narcissists and refusing to give them attention is worse than a swift kick to the nards.
That's not heckling, that's you minding your business and him trying to start shit with you. You're good, bro.
LMAO that’s hilarious though
You're obviously too self aware to be a heckler haha that dude was just a typical hack who thinks he's entitled to audience approval.

Can never fathom how people go to comedy shows and get upset at jokes. Honey, you paid for this.
They paid that’s why they are upset that they are getting sexism/racism instead of wit and wisdom.
@@burnttoast1076 The solution to that is to walk out quietly, never buy a ticket to that comedian's show again, and tell your friends that he wasn't funny. If you're right, then that comedian's career will fail. If you're wrong, then at least you haven't made an ass of yourself and ruined other people's evening.
@ heckling is supposed to be a part of comedy. It’s been there since the beginning. The point of comedy is to get real time feedback and interact with the crowd. People should be able to boo and react when they are upset because comedians do often cross the line into emotional abuse and if nobody says anything they are just being enablers of toxic behaviors. This is how so many comedians get away with carrying on being sick abusive people because they make up “rules” like nobody is allowed to talk back to them even though that’s against the true spirit of standup comedy.
Also, usually when people pay to see a comedian they are forced to see a bunch of other people who are included in the show that they don’t want to see, so they should be able to react to give them feedback.
@@burnttoast1076 since when was the point of comedy to get real time feedback? the point is to make people laugh, period.
@ the point is to see if your jokes make people laugh or get another response. Have you ever tried to tell a joke before? Humor is for getting to know others, finding the broken pieces and offering healing. Audience needs to let you know if your attempts are landing or not. They aren’t just there to worship you.

For the life of me. I cannot understand why some would go to a comedy show and heckle? You came to have a good time. If the comic says something that you do not like, SO WHAT. It is comedy. You are supposed to laugh at bullshit. Do not take it seriously. These are people so bored with their lives that they are starving for attention. I bow down to any comic that has the guts to stand up there and makes us forget about the bullshit we go thru on a daily basis and make us laugh. You are all my heroes.
richardtaylor8595, Those are my feelings exactly.
Yeah but your argument is with democrats. They can’t take jokes.
A lot of hecklers do it specifically to bait the responses because they're funny as hell. Same reason people like getting roasted. If you heckle with the expectation that you aren't gonna get torn a new asshole, you're doing it for the wrong reasons

Yes, very brilliant to answer his own material 🙄
your mom
what is brilliant about it? wearing a suit for a standup?
@@SunMoon-ft6xb That someone had to ask the question. Lacking the capacity to understand a point usually means no amount of explanation will provide a suitable response, because the person asking lacks the general intellect to grasp the subject in the first place. However, I'll entertain your question briefly to see if I can provide a response you'll comprehend.
The reason it's brilliant is that rather than waiting for hecklers (such as yourself) to say something stupid for him to respond to, thereby leaving his performance at the mercy of random interruptions by people less intelligent than he is, he anticipates and invites it, shifting the focus of the conversation back to the performance, pre-empting their ability to disrupt his performance, and turning their bad behaviour into his own advantage by making it a game, rather than a rude interruption.
If I had such brilliance, I would have pre-emptively formulated a response to just this question, so I didn't have to deal with someone else's idiocy. See how it works?
Of all people, why are you choosing to heckle Bill Burr?! That's like tying a ribeye steak to your gonads and dangling it in front of a Pitbull!

Most are definitely not ..George Foreman ..😁
0:31 bro 100% cares
Like you wud know Lol
You cares, stoping to projecting.
@canaldopresident6063 give the iPad back to your mom
Acting like you know how someone feels😂😂
Projecting ahh
Jimmy Carr actually sets aside time in his shows and asks the crowd to have a go, as he's well known for tearing strips off hecklers to begin with. He's sharp as a tack and has no shame.
“If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen”
The only way comedians ever make my cry is if I was laughing too much and my sides hurt 😂
The irony of someone making a video that interrupts comedians with commentary about how they handled hecklers with interrupting commentary during their jokes is not lost on me.
Do none of these people at these shows KNOW who they're going to see?
Most of them are too off their faces to remember 😂
Burr and Carr are heckle beasts!!!
Imagine being comedian and all it takes is 1 guy shouting "i love you" to ruin the show 😂😂
All you gotta do is respond with "I love you too" enunciated as if love is a verb and you're giving him too
Unreasonable crash out
Rack is still feeling the burn from being roasted still to this day! 🤣
Hot Take, Rogan over reacted. It sounded like bro just shouted something out while everyone was cheering, maybe overexcited and had a little too much
Straight calling the guy out and threating to kick him out just for that seemed like overkill
Woulda left a bad taste in my mouth, ngl
same with the "this song is the shit!" comment. Just a drunk dude being very enthusiastic. Makes them seem awfully petty sometimes.
@@knight_lautrec_of_carim interrupting the flow of a joke is a dick move regardless of the comment. Also Bo took it in stride. Man I wish he did shows still.
Hot take? That's the normal person's take. He's not well in his mind if he reacts like this
@@BRBingeDrinkerdude, it's a joke he'll live. But when you take it out on your crowd over petty things, the crowd that pays you, that's a dick move
Not really a hot take. Rogan is a clown.
This is why you don't fuck with comedians 😂
Bill Burr had everyone including the blind heckler crying.... from laughter.
"You come into *my* home uninvited and tell me how I should rearrange my furniture? What a fool you are. SKELETON DIVINE DEATH BLAST!"
"You never been to a comedy show?? Let's go! "
An hour later: "i don't know that guy.."
Jimmy Fucin Carr is the master of killing hecklers , but he actually loves it.
More to the point...the hecklers love it too!
Yeah it seem more like good fun and banter. Whereas the others are really serious and upset. Joe Rogan seemed more upset than Jimmy Carr's hecklers
@ at Carr's shows it's expected , he is very good at it and does give credit to them that are witty.
Troy Bond 😂I am about to go watch all his stuff now.
He's hilarious. 😂
"It's just.. Like a stroke victim" LMFAOOO
Rogan kicking someone out for shouting Trump sure is a retrospective.
Fr, how time has changed😭
@@David_Edos yes cry. 😂
@@Primaate I’m not in the US my friend, I could give a damn who your president is.
@ more like...what the hell has the american left been doing to make them now say "The left needs a Joe Rogan"
They had one lol. Joe Rogan.
@@barryschalkwijk9388 hope you had fun on the westside
With Jimmy Car, i really think the majority of people try to rile him up for the purpose of getting burned. Almost every single time he knows exactly how to respond back, but once in a while he's like.... "damn, you got me there".
Patrice O’Neal: Elephant In The Room. Just an awesome, classic show. 🐐
2:13 🤣🤣 Single handedly the best response possible! 🤣🤣 Man said oh wait! There's more!😂😂
It’s crazy how we still consider Joe a comedian 😂
Does it upset you that his shows still sell out?
@@Jaydog7t5not really because I know he’s primarily known because of fear factor/ UFC and his podcast by the masses 😂 plus I know a lot of people have lame senses of humor 😂 I sleep like a baby every night
@@grizzlevorhees915 😢
3:08 make fun of the burns. I can take it. 😂
AAAAAH THE TEARS! THEY BUUUUUUUUURN!!!
You thought you could, but you can't, can you?
I love that he made the heckiling part of the show, by making a segment out of it.
I think Troy Bond is the James Bond of heckler comebacks
The Troy Bond clip is legendary man
Jimmy Carr doing unironically good your mom jokes. 💀
You can always tell if they’re a good or a bad comedian by their heckle remarks.
14:01 if this man has a speech impediment and stutters a lot i respect him, i have one too and i’d be way too embarrassed to do comedy
He does. Got it after an accident. You should look him up, he's hilarious. He was on AGT and practically turned his weakness into a selling point
@@Kashi_MochibeanYes, that’s why I heard of him! I didn’t know he continued on, and WOW his stutters got WAY better!
Shoutout to all the stutters! We in here
I wish just one time that a comedian would find out where a heckler works and go shout things at them while they work.
Jerry Seinfeld did it
@ really!?
@@BoogerBrains1987yes, an entire episode of his show was based on it
Bill Burr dealt with an entire audience by trashing their city on stage. 😂
He did that, and still made em laugh later on! Soft skin hecklers got no chance.
Maybe less commentary from the narrator during the destroying of the hecklers, please. We can figure out what's happening without the constant interruptions.
The narrator is totally heckling himself
He did it for the lady from the Andrew Shulz clip.
It's for copyright avoidance and fair use purposes. Can't just compile a bunch of clips from other people without chance of a strike or demonization. I don't like it either but it's been this way for 10+ years on RUclips.
Clearly you can't..
maybe make your own video ..then stfu allllll the way through the poor edit. cheers
Ah yes, engage in an exchange of words with people whose job it is to be funny and make fun of people.
100000 IQ play
I love bill, his work is great lol, acting and standup
You're not gonna ruin our time in hell too. How dare you 😂😂😂😂
"One of these things is not like the others, one of these things doesn't belong. Can you tell which thing is not like others, before i finish this song"
That lady gave Troy a career, which is the funniest part. He blew up after that video
