A good example is me and my boyfriend. He is healthy as a horse and always full of energy. Then there's me. I have fibromyalgia (chronic widespread pain and exhaustion amongst many other issues) chronic and debilitating migraines, and numerous mental disorders. It's 11 am right now. My boyfriend has mowed the lawn, did laundry, and he's now at the gym. And I've been on the couch the entire time with an ice pack because of a migraine. If it was a good day for me, I would have cleaned the house and gone grocery shopping by now. That's just one of many examples of how no one truly has the same 24 hours in a day.
I have 1 job that I work 37.5 hours mon-fri every week, and I am perfectly happy with that 1 job and would not want to lose more of my time to a second job. So they had so little money that paying for a tire would set them back but taking several Ubers wouldn't. I live in ATL and talking 4 Ubers is more expensive than getting a new tire. Also where was the spare? Sounds like less of a money problem and more lack of common sense.
I was thinking the same thing. That makes zero sense!!! And she clearly has gorgeous highlights and lashes (those are subjective) but maybe lay off on the exterior, superficial shit and put some money into a savings account.

Their car “program” always gives me the ick!!! The fact that they “give” you the money but have say so over what car you are allowed to buy/lease whatever is cringe. What if you qualify but don’t want to commit to a car and car payment at the moment? Do they still get the money and can they bank that for when they may actually want or need to get a car? It’s like the way they have it set up is to ensure failure and Bering indebted to Monet.
Thank you, I HATE the phrase "we all have the same 24 hours in a day". That is absolutely 100% not true. In a literal sense, yeah. But, like you said, we're all different. A good example is me and my boyfriend. He is healthy as a horse and always full of energy. Then there's me. I have fibromyalgia (chronic widespread pain and exhaustion amongst many other issues) chronic and debilitating migraines, and numerous mental disorders. It's 11 am right now. My boyfriend has mowed the lawn, did laundry, and he's now at the gym. And I've been on the couch the entire time with an ice pack because of a migraine. If it was a good day for me, I would have cleaned the house and gone grocery shopping by now. That's just one of many examples of how no one truly has the same 24 hours in a day.
I have 1 job that I work 37.5 hours mon-fri every week, and I am perfectly happy with that 1 job and would not want to lose more of my time to a second job. Sure extra income would be great, but we also have 1 life and I'd rather not spend it working more than I already do just to have a little bit more money..

Never once did it occur to me to publicly praise my employer for paying me my salary so that I could have the money to replace them.
