Capcom needed to get the rights from Capcom on that or else Capcom will sue

Haggar was originally supposed to be the Wrestler of SF2 but the developers felt there were too many Americans as is, so they created Zangief instead.

Zangief vs Haggar would be epic
Scorp has 2 special attacks, one against an opponent at the turnbuckle and one random standing attack. Me and my brothers used to try to pull those moves all the time. We have many blisters on our thumb and went through many controllers

I would like to see a new Slam Masters game. In a ring with entrances and ref. Roster would be made up of Capcom Fighting Game character with a special appearance by Frank West as interviewer/announcer.

They were both trained by Haggar apparently. I always assumed Gunloc had the moves first since he's supposed to be related to Guile and the special is also called Sonic Fist. Though they share the same specials, they don't share the same moves. Biff has a pile driver while Gunloc doesn't. But most characters share the same same moves though. I'm high as hell and probably thinking way too hard about this question.

@@edwardgaines6561In fact, in the crossover story they don't get along very well because Zangief accuses him of stealing that movement and Haggar that Zangief stole the spinner.
Capcom needs to make a crossover game with WWE or AEW with Slam Masters on their RE Engine that they used for SF6.

@@lamiatorchani7648 i looked up the manual shortly after i made this comment, turns out the original snes manual i have was wrong. It also mixed up the pictures of scorpion and stingray so i’m not terribly surprised
