As a 5/1 MG I can tell you that a 5 line human will feel very lonely, the expectation is unrealistic and it comes from every single person that crosses your path, and showing vulnerability is not easy because it is our way to protect ourselves from the projection field. But after many years of learning Human Design and gene keys and experiencing how my aura impacts people, I have to say that in my personal experience surrender, vulnerability and detachment of the outcome will help 5 line leaders, lead better from your your heart. I lead with my heart, I am open and I have learned to love what is, I take the responsibility that comes with holding my aura, and I accept the impact I am here to make.

Also a 5/1 manifesting generator and enough is never enough for people and if I dare pull back or do what resonates with my heart I’m vilified or held accountable for someone else’s actions and perceptions of themselves. The loneliness feels unbearable at times and even though I am vulnerable nobody wants to know me they only want to know the versions of me that can be molded to their wants and needs and then be a convenient scapegoat when they realize I’m not their savior and never wanted to be.

I’m a 5/1 emotional manifestor with 6 open centers. I feel like a reflector in that I live my life by the moon. I did this way before I knew human design. I have started making moon water and writing my desire on the bottles. People see me as a leader but I don’t feel that way. However I am the “my way or hit the highway type”. Men always want more than I am willing to give so I’m alone and I do very well that way. I’m a certified emotion code practitioner and I love helping people release trapped emotions and heart walls. It’s my thing and I will do this for the remainder of my life. ❤❤❤
You are like a Reflector except with an authority voice, interesting design and your "thing" makes perfect sense for your design.
It’s not the 5th line being’s fault that others project onto them. It actually sucks, and it’s a very lonely place. People need to take accountability for their own projections and stop expecting others to do for them what they should do for themselves.

Wow, this brought clarity.
I was always super confused why people betray me often - people who I was once really close with and whom I've helped A LOT, MANY times.
But now, when I bring it back, it really was right after I chose to do something for myself, without taking their feelings into account.
I mean, I did it naturally, but after this video I understand that probably this was a trigger.
Lately, I've started to realize that people literally call me when they need an energy boost - and for the last few months I'm really seeing for the first time how one-sided my relationships are.
As far as my "enemies" go, they are stalking me on social media and gossiping, even after years of no contact. Some people I've forgot, honestly, and then I find out they know my where-abouts all the time. Creepy.

5:26 LOL I thought the same (3/5). UGH, loneliness is dang real. Painful. But with the 3, as you said in the Line 3 video... as much as I can say I quit... I'm dang resilient, makes me sick. I'll keep going at it. It somehow satisfy to keep trying "experimenting."

As a 5/1 Mental projector this resonates 100% it takes time to learn how to reject peoples projections and embrace the necessary gift of discernment, using the strategy & authority will ensure acceptance of what is correct for us - never forcing our solutions = protection from the downfall 🙏
Cannot believe how often I’m told “I’m so glad you’re here! I just know things will work out now.” Managing expectations is huge! Voicing boundaries! Being vulnerable, yes, of course! It’s a beautiful energy to have and also, damn! 3/5 here, if you’re curious.

Yes this is common thing for the 5s. I’ve learned over experiences, deconditioning, and much integration how to gracefully guide their projections back to them. Utilize that divine mirror that we are so their transpersonal karma can be seen by their unconscious projection. It’s really helped me be an effective guide for the souls that are magnetized toward me as a 5/2 Mental Projector. Also i have noticed, the more graceful i have become at this, the more universe magnetizes people toward me for the transpersonal healing.

Yes I can attest to you analysis and the dichotomy inside myself. I'm a 5/2 MG and I have always been weary of people and very selective about who I keep in my circles. 😅 The projection is real unfortunately. It is enlaged by my appearance, as a very tall and visible woman. No matter how much I try to stay in the background, I'm always noticed and feel the people are taking an interest in me and my life, while I actually prefer to not share my (inner) world with strangers, especially because I've experienced a lot of bad intent and gossip. People seem to be uncomfortable not being able to "get me" while at the same time they share their secrets and sorrows with me. I could say much more, about this placement..Anyways thank you for your advice: as I grew older, I too came to the realization that the best way out of this exhausting cycle is radical authenticity. The more self acceptance I develop the less I'm affected by the judgment of others and the better my relationships become. 😊

"People are tired of masks." Lol. Literally - I am tired of the face diapers as well as the fassades/personas. Great talk about the 5th line (3/5 MG here). I could relate so much, the projection is heavy, sometimes hard to handle. And I experienced this quite a bit, being idolized and later devalued heavily - ouch! HD really helped me to understand why this happened.
Yes - all 5 lines learn this the hard way! The key is breaking through this projection field ✨

I'm a Projector 5/1. It's a heavy load, from birth! I'm elated to hear this guy say that the projections coming toward us can't activate, take us over etc, unless we cooperate with them. What a relief to hear tbat.
5/1 manifestor and starting to feel overwhelmed by this 5 line. These projections begin to feel like control. A lot of my relationships (romantic, familial and friends) end when people realize they cannot control me or if I do not act in a way they want me to (or fail to deliver). Have been married for almost 10 years and thinking of this is where I should be because I’m beginning to stand in my boundaries and my partner can not handle it. I find myself saying I’m not a genie or I’m not perfect so often. The same with my family. I’m working through feeling guilt from not being able to deliver all the time and becoming more comfortable with the loneliness.
Yes, it can be a challenge! And you're right, it does feel like control.
I witness this reflection as well. It feels like control because they are trying to control their own projection in the mirror. And when they don’t like what they see, they overcompensate with more control or else devalue the projection because acceptance would mean their self concept will have to die.
I'm glad you wrote this, I say to my mom all the time, I'm not my dad (who could do anything) and I'm not your slave because of these expectations.

This has happened to me in relationships.
The projections are wild. I think its especially difficult for us who dont have consistent energy. The only way to cope is to spend most of your time in your own hidden space. Keanu reeves, who is a 5/1 is an inspiring example to me of how to carry a 5. Hes super reclusive and careful about how he engages with the world. Yet people really idealize him.
Do you also consider this line to be highly transpersonally karmic, i.e. not necessarily a matter of the 5 doing something wrong? Ive noticed that i serve as the starting point or the catalyst to peoples future karmic patterns. Ive seen it too often for it to be wishful thinking. People plant seeds for their future through interaction with me, for good or ill.

Wow thank you for the great explanation and description. I'm a 2/5 Generator and I have felt the 5 energy most of my life. I've noticed that once someone decides that you can do something for them, telling them you cannot is totally ignored (It took me a while to get this). It is like they create the projection and become obsessed with it.

wow yes. I see this as well in my own life. Once, a man I was casually dating decided I was the one he wanted to have his child. I kept telling him there’s no way that will happen. I already have 3 of my own, I’m too old, I just got divorced, etc etc but he couldn’t let it go. I kept running away. But each time I came back it got uglier. Huge projection field. Did not see me at all I realized. Just what he wanted from me. A baby mama. I told him I didn’t want a relationship but he had already decided we were having one. One that came with ALOT of expectations. Had I known about my human design I could have avoided a lot of drama.

It's fascinating how everything connects actually! I'm a 2/5 Manifestor, and it's when I learned to say "no", when I defined and spoke out my boundaries that I felt sort of a relief! The projections are wild, but now I'm quite steady in front of these. Honesty and transparency were key for me though. But I'm no leader, and having the motivation innocence confirmed I'm clearly not a leader! and so it's all good and perfectly connected haha :-)

Thank you for this video! I am a 5/1 Projector with a Self Projected Authority. It’s been extremely draining with people always wanting something from me. While continuously never meeting anyones expectations is exhausting. I appreciated the part discussing vulnerability, I feel like that’s one thing that definitely hard for me to express along with speaking my truth at times due to fear. Imagine walking around being treated as if ur GODs son or Daughter! Who wants that! I’m tired of this in general.. all theses people want something from me and half the time they don’t even know what they want
& once they do or don’t get what they want the stab you in the back .. People become obsessed with me which seems nice until it gets weird or some people always want my attention even in my sleep I can hear or feel them in general
& yes I’m so blessed and grateful but sometimes it becomes overbearing
I’m also a 5/1 Manifestor. I found that I have to constantly, intentionally disappoint others. Because they will have so much codependency and projections that it’ll be too much.. as long as I remember to inform in the beginning that I’m not a savior, but a mirror.. and the mirror brings awareness to the “good and bad”.. it allows then for me to be a space of love and peace.. thanks a lot for sharing your experience! I think the 5th line needs to be able to say at all times: here's my vision, or whatever it is, and I'm not certain if it's right/valuable/practical but here it is in all of its potential inadequacy. Hit the mail on the head when it was mentioned for people to get grounded in reality about what they’re expecting from a 5 when that person hasn’t even talked about what they can deliver. People get into delusion about what you can do for them without even having asked or spoken of it. And like it was also spoken, people don’t want YOU, they want this something from you, what they believe you can deliver or give them.

My parents are 3/5s. I do not project on them. They've done things that have affected my life negatively and they don't want to own it. When something comes up that I'd like to discuss, they get mad. Mom is the Commander in mtbi. My father is Royal something in human design. Betrayal and lack of loyalty has been a theme in my relationship with them. They even betrayed themselves. They are not delicate flowers.

5/2 projector here! I have social phobia and Ive always wanted to be able to be invisible.. Its a very uncomfortable experience to live as a 5/2, I dont recommend it! haha

I be feeling the same way 5/2 Projector. I’ve worked through the social anxiety. But, I really don’t feel like being around ppl. Draining & ppls feelings about you can be so intense that’s where I think the anxiety comes in.
@@yourgeneticmatrix Id say the main “cause” was my upbringing, how my parents has raised me and all the extreme dysfunction in my family.. and when someone has such high levels of social anxiety they tend to attract even more bad experiences throughout life, so more trauma to make things worse.. 😅 until healing

I'm a 1/3 but I have 2 speres in my venus sequence that have a 5th line attached so I want to understand the line better
I am a 5/1 Emotional projector and have seen in other projector videos that we are not supposed to be speakers or initiators however I feel what I say is very powerful and that I carry a profound message. My sacral, spleen and root are undefined, does that have something to do with the difference between other projectors?
I try to keep my projection field tip top.
How do you do this?
As 3/5 emotional generator i operate from emotional perspective and i murge automaticly with individuals but leader i am not.i mostly think about new practicies but implementation is mostly on theoretical level because most people understand only what exists and sticks to it.also i have little to interest in the social world
A lot of this seems to makes sense to me, but also is it possible for a manifestor 5/1 to be more like a hermit?

People don't accept even counsel/exchanging/discussing different ideas about mental awareness, though of course that's their choice and I'm not mad at them individually for that lol

Your personality mars in your GK profile is called the EQ Sphere. And in traditional astrology the moon is connected to emotions so it seems both of them point to the same thing. Do you often feel projected on emotionally?
@@yourgeneticmatrix Yes, I do! And a lot more when I was younger experiencing out of the blue aggression, jealousy etc. - often times leaving me completely baffled. Indeed.. My EQ is 6.5. Sounding board authority... I'm a MP also. You need to talk it out... not to receive advice, but to unpack things yourself and see how they sound and feel to you! Find trusted people, talk everything out with others.
@@amylandry : Agreed. The sounding board is what i utilize all the time. Only very few people can create the right container for a good sound board. Curious, is your throat center open or closed? Mines is open, so i find it funny how i can code switch.
@@Adam-Joel my Ajna and throat are defined. Crown is open (and all other centers). And yes, only certain people can create a container… sometimes I just try talking things out to myself in private… like a lunatic, ha! I find by verbalizing things and hearing myself it helps. Even recording voice memos. Even if I don’t listen back to them, but they give me an option to simply speak it out :)

I have noticed though, that going in nature hikes, especially if you hike up to the top of a hill/mountain where you can have a birds eye view of the horizon really helps me process the collective energy that is asking to be expressed through me. I think this is a thing for us MPs. Our open centers allow us to be these divine mirrors for the collective.
