I hit diamond and instantly started playing pubs so I can fine tune my movement and aim more… also i think Once you hit plat 1 before going diamond u should really be looking to play closer to you team because the closer the better. U need to be looking to have 3 barrels aiming at 1 dude. Just a little tip ❤️
i am at diamond 3 atm solo Q all the way sometimes i get really bad teammates but yesterday and today i got some decent teammates in plat 1 and diamond 4 if you get bad teammates like hardstuck plats who lose the game on purpose you just gotta play on your own and rat out for placement points eventually in the end if you're decent yourself at the game you might be able to pull off some kills for kp

@@brack3n300 Unless you are with a pre-made squad, you will most likely LOSE nearly every fight since you typically go up against pre-mades in Plat and higher unless you are good enough to wipe entire squads by yourself.
@@antsmith3284 dawg just third party and rat thats how u get to diamond, even in diamond teammates are horrible, always solo rushing squads and hot dropping just dont pay attention to them. if you get rushed when ur alone just sprint💀
The biggest mistake everyone dose from Plat rank and upper is that they don't give information to their teammates. I have reached to Diamonds, solo-Q'ing every season and this is the biggest mistake. It's quite funny/shocking that Gold and Silver players actually play much better than Plats players, it's like they get overwhelmed by "self-confidence" so they push a whole a*s team by themselves. So many toxic players that think it was MY FAULT that I didn't see an enemy pushing me when THEY HAD ALREADY SEEN THEM in the first place but THEY didn't tell me or pinged them! Apex solo-Q'ing is a pain in the a*s but when you play rank and want to reach higher ranks YOU HAVE TO give cams and ping items & enemies. YOU work as a TEAM to reach desire ranks and you help your teammates to reach them as well. PLEASE use your ping system for your and your teammates advantage, people!
Not sure about other servers, but plat is quite literally a pub game. Teams will third party you in zone 2, everyone has a Caustic, and like 8 squads are left after first ring hasn't even closed. I've just resigned to either playing Pathy to have an easier time running or Valkyrie to get out in a pinch cuz you can't stop fighting in WE.
All controller players should use button puncher layout if you don't have paddles or back buttons for you controller, trust me this really helps you can crouch spam and win battles easily
A good tip for every rank (especially lower ones) is to master 1-3 weapons. I find that spending a few hours perfecting a gun's recoil pattern and hipfire has helped me win fights. My main weapons are R99, Flatline, and Havoc

Managed to get 10,190 rp this split. If I get it fast enough I’ll get pred. Impossible for me to play in America or Tokyo Cus I live in New Zealand the ping is just too high.
All it really tells me is how I dont have time to play as much so cant get ranked up higher and also how awful the match making is and how it always gives me like level 5 newbies as teammates on ranked matches. Its redicouls

Exactly! Plat is kinda crazy, the tips in the plat section are really helpful, even if they seem 'oh i know this'
Try crypto DEFENSIVELY and know when both your teammates are KNOCKED to RUN! ... you will get to diamond

Why on earth would you use a strong weapon over one you are comfortable with? RE45 is Not strong... but it is very easy to handle recoil.
