Groz is a great boat - I don't run CE on mine, 6.7 is good enough and it helps avoid getting into close range fights with stuff like Z-42/52, Daring etc. Leg mod is worthwhile if you run no CE.

I’m trying to understand why ppl like the legmod? I mean the good players recommend it, but to me looks like you get marginally more gun ROF at the expense of all your torpedo reload
no i read the numbers on it and it really doesn't provide me any extra advantage really a slightly higher percentage in gunpower doesn't really do it for me
