Sakura faction fleet with Ibuki vs Nagato META | Azur Lane

Obviously, it's worse than Eldridge or Mogador. But faction fleet gud. I'd estimate this fleet to be ~30% kill rate with my account status. And no, Ibuki usually doesn't outdamage Unzen.

Yes, but that's only to make Haku 8% debuff early enough for the vanguard torpedoes. So CVs can be slow without losing much
