Nice video! youtube randomly recommended your page and I recognized you from Sage's instagram (he's my cousin). Tell him I miss him and ya'll should come visit Buffalo.
You brought spare lenses to your ride ? Anyhow, really like this edit. You can also take some pancakes, burritos, dates, ....on rides, or just plan your rides from one nice coffee/cake spot to another.
Just found you, and here are my suggestions, or requests, or maybe demands, maybe dreams, no, idea's for you, yes thats it, I have some idea's for you! Right first, clipless pedals, they make pedalling so much more efficient, you will use more muscle groups at the same time which makes pedalling easier, whilst building more strength at the same time! Second please enter the bike race, and lastly. more films please at least 1 film per week, OK.I can't wait! Best wishes, the English guy living in Poland, right next door to Ukraine, omg!
Do you get nervous riding outdoors without a brace at 4 months? I'm at five months and mentally stressed about outdoor riding...but I'm going to go insane if I get on the turbo trainer one more time
honestly not at all… I first got on the bike at 2 months post op and I never felt nervous per say, I just wasn’t sure whether or not pain while pedaling was OK to push through or not (turns out it was fine for me and any pain usually subsides within 10 minutes of gentle pedaling). But I definitely prefer riding flats to ease nerves!
Crisp & refreshing. Excellent!

Lovin the sunnies 😎 Are those the Smith Wildcats? Also, you’re a badass. Keep that shit up.
Thank you!! They are the smith shift mag (and have been broken and held together by electrical tape for 3 weeks....)

By 9 months I concluded that running is by far the most unpleasant recovery activity, so that's what I do now. I hate it 👎
