  • The plaintiff says the defendant was a close friend who came along when she danced on “Soul Train” in the ’90s and they even had a threesome with the defendant’s boyfriend. She’s suing her for a loan and emotional distress. The defendant says the plaintiff is a drug-addicted stripper who had her kids taken away. She’s countersuing her former friend for harassment. #JudgeMathis #RealityTV #Court

Emotional gaslighting at its finest. I don’t understand how keeping calm in the face of aggression and disrespect is problematic. Had she been loud and disrespectful and matched the demeanor of the plaintiff, people would say that she needs to not “stoop down” to the plaintiff’s level.
“Gaslighting” and “narcissism” are two terms that are thrown around causally without people fully understanding what they mean and how they manifest themselves.

The Plaintiff knows the dependent is a user and manipulates people, but she still maintained a friendship with her, loaned her money, had sex with her and was going to move in with her. Even kept downgrading the woman's age. (If she danced on Soul Train in the early 90's, then she's in her 40's, not that far from the the defendant's age.) And if the defendant believes that the Plaintiff is irritate and unbalanced to the point of being violent, why would she borrow money from her, maintain a friendship with her, sleep with her and want her to move in? IMMEDIATELY after crying, when the defendant FINALLY got a chance to speak, the plaintiff, was smiling. IMMEDIATELY, I said. She needs to be evaluated. I’m not judging her, but something is clearly OFF!!
I do get the sense that the defendant has this “ I’m better than you” against the plaintiff. However, I respect how she conducted herself in court.

It seems to me like the older woman pimped that younger one out and took cuts from the profit, encouraged self-destructive behavior in her in order to control the situation, exploited her sexually in order to acquire and continue her own relationships, all while being jealous and scheming on the young lady's downfall.
I think she used that girl's money, used her body, both for herself and others, and then spoke against her negatively in public, in order turn others against her and also leave the young lady isolated with no one to turn to, so that the older woman could continue to use her. And she did this in order to uplift herself and her own lifestyle. Sounds like a predator, tbh.
This girl knew the woman when she was 15. Why was she at the adult nightlife scene at that age?? Why not in school?? And if this woman wanted to "teach her the right thing," why not help her get to school. Why take her money? And she can't deny any of the allegations, either.

I can kinda tell why the plaintiff is acting the way she is she is hurt and by the looks of it she has been betrayed alot it may come out as anger but it's really pain when you've been through alot it doesn't take much for you to explode that's just her inner issues coming out saying she was a lady of the night you could imagine the type of life she lived
