For those who keep defending his actions because of his age, Ja is not the only 24yo in the league. Jason Taytum grew up in a single parent home with little money. His neighbor would feed him and his young mom! because they had so little. While Ja had two parents jumping on tractor tires getting trained by his dad and goign to private school.

That's cool man, but everyone is different. Good for Tatum. It's still ok to say that Ja is young and was influenced differently by his surroundings than other people and maybe he needs some help. Are you implying that Ja doesn't deserve any compassion, understanding, and help because there are other people who are more mature than him? Come on man this comment doesn't help at all.

The Bible says "When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child; but when I became a man, I put away childish things." He needs help and to take responsibility for the choices he has made. He needs better mentorship to grow into the leader he needs to be and a better support system around him, that means if his friends or family are not in the same boat they need to get off, I hope he gets it together so he is able to continue to share his talent with the world.

Clearer thinking, Ja. What a life, money, career, and fame in the NBA you have. Your team needs you. The NBA needs you. YOU need you. Not only are doing illegal stuff, its low-class kid stuff.

Yeah. Thank you for understanding the level of maturity we’re dealing with when critiquing our new stars.
These situations shouldn’t be excused if reoccurring but if there is room for growth adjustment it should be allowed.
    Preach Mr. Smith! 👏

Perk's best take in his media career, thus far. My opinion.

If Grizzlies drop him then Raptors, Knicks, Celtics need to go after him with everything they've got.

Compassion and understanding he may need as well as maybe some help, but he continues to do stupid things. It doesn't matter if he's 20 or 23, he's a dad and that alone should make him want to do better.. With all the gun violence he sees going on around him he definitely needs to do better. Keeping him in 🙏🏾 hoping he gets the help he needs.. Dad needs to stop trying to be a friend and man up and Ja needs to surround himself with a more positive, supportive crowd of people

This is getting crazy. No one is going to mention that he's playing these types of games in Memphis? Memphis didn't give a dang about Dolph and won't care about Morant. I hope he does get the help he needs before he runs into someone in Memphis whose not trying play.

Speaking as someone from Memphis, he has no enemies here and we want him to succeed. And as far as Dolph, if u were from this city, everybody knows the person responsible was not a Memphian....
