Missoula urban camping ordinance heads to final public hearing

An ordinance restricting urban camping in Missoula is now one step away from becoming law.
For the third time in a week, Missoula City Council took up the topic of restricting where homeless people can camp. Council members approved and denied some amendments on the proposal Wednesday before the ordinance goes before City Council later this month for final consideration.
