I understand your issue with true versus false. Consider though not giving false an equal standing with true, when the choice is binary. From that perspective, false does encompass unverifiable. Even after all that, remember that Paul said we are taught by letter and word. That is to say scripture and oral tradition. It may well have been that James, in his later years, told his followers that Mary was riding a donkey to Bethlehem (Donkey Daniel from Arch Books for example), but no one wrote it down.

Question 14 I have to disagree with your answer. Joseph did indeed intend to divorce Mary when he first heard that she was pregnant but an angel appeared to him in a dream and told him to take Mary as his wife. They did not have intercourse until after Jesus was born but from the time of his conception until he was born nine months had elapsed and of course they would have gone through a formal marriage indeed God had commanded Joseph to do so. Had they not married Mary would run the risk of being stoned.

Maybe the artwork does depict her on a donkey. It seems only reasonable that she rode on one. Where they were going was not exactly around the corner! This was a good quiz if you are a novice and or not versed in the Bible history or theology. More than a few of the questions and or statements are ambiguous. So you can not ask for 'yes or no' or 'true and false' answers. I won't go into each separately. However, let's take the last statement. The wisemen followed the star for 2 years. Scripture doesn't say exactly how long. But we can infer. When the wisemen found Jesus he was a child. The word for child here means a toddler. What we would call a 2 year old. King Herod thought the same. That's why he ordered the death of all male children 2 years and under. Though the quiz said the statement was false, true is more correct once you consider all of Scripture! Hallelujah, praise GOD!! He wants us to be critical and decerning in our study of Scripture. Now when Satan attacks us we can plead the blood of Jesus against it. Praise God. Jesus laid down his life was in the grave 3 days, got up and ascended to heaven to make I tercesdion for us. He just loves us,let us quit sinning and love him back. The devil so quickly gravitate to his ugly ways brings sickness, disease, violence, death and destruction. Maybe the artwork does depict her on a donkey. It seems only reasonable that she rode on one. Where they were going was not exactly around the corner! Just because it’s not mentioned doesn’t mean she didn’t. She was advanced in pregnancy. She surely couldn’t have walked. I think it’s a pretty safe assumption that she rode a donkey. It’s kind of an irrelevant question anyway.

This was a good quiz if you are a novice and or not versed in the Bible history or theology. More than a few of the questions and or statements are ambiguous. So you can not ask for 'yes or no' or 'true and false' answers. I won't go into each separately. However, let's take the last statement. The wisemen followed the star for 2 years. Scripture doesn't say exactly how long. But we can infer. When the wisemen found Jesus he was a child. The word for child here means a toddler. What we would call a 2 year old. King Herod thought the same. That's why he ordered the death of all male children 2 years and under. Though the quiz said the statement was false, true is more correct once you consider all of Scripture! Hallelujah, praise GOD!! He wants us to be critical and decerning in our study of Scripture. The more you study the more you find that Scripture will interpret itself and the HOLY SPIRIT of GOD will open your hearts and minds to the magnificence of HIS HOLY WORD. Peace out...
