After watching this video I understand now that the secret mesage at 22:30 was from Sir Dadadoo. In the scene where he jumps down onto Banban he says "Did you get my warning? you had your chance to escape my mayhem" and the 'warning' was the secret message. 22:43 "My friends and I will soon escape from our prison" is refering to the naughty ones escaping Queen Bouncelia's pouch. The lore is building...
