Watching Juninho wearing the red and white with the lion on his chest makes me want to cry! Such a joy to behold! I’m such a proud boro fan and he was so exhilarating to watch! Wilder will bring us those days back! Of tht I’m certain
I forgot Wilkshire came through our Academy. Now i remember why he wasn't given a contract extension. How that guy got 80 caps for the Aussies is beyond me.
Spurs were shocking here. We seem to always have some good days against them. I remember at white hart lane we trashed them 3-0, Joseph Job bagged a couple and Zeige went off injured 🤣🤣
One thing that keeps me giggling throughout this highlight is Anthony Gardner calling offside for every goal to try and hide his fucking god awful defending 🤣🤣🤣🤣
These were the days when Spurs defence was shambolic! Slow and tactically unaware players who couldn’t spot danger! The central defender, Chris Perry, was far too slow and often beaten for pace and Anthony Gardiner was often clumsy and frequently wrong footed! The defence was mediocre with a capital M!
Hoddle as a manager knew how a team should attack, but was clueless about how a team should defend! Essentially, the defenders didn’t know how to mark the opposition and when danger occurred, Spurs defenders were often far too slow to react! Middlesbrough could have scored 10 goals as there was no tenacity in Spurs tackling. Defenders were beaten for pace every time! This match shows Hoddle’s naivety and why he was never ever going to succeed as a manager in the top flight!
Almost brings tears to your eyes. Those were the days........

Nemeth looking like a world beater here
Golden years.
If you watch the video again, you can visibly see Kasey Keller's hairline receding 🤣🤣
I remember being able to hear the crowd when I was playing pitch and putt at prissick for this game
i loved the pitch and putt :)
Wow a old game by boro
Those days will be back 👊
Happy days 🥰
Big Mac
Maccarone should have definitely been given more of a run of games.
was Uriah Rennie the referee on this day in boro history ????????//

I was at this match. Boro should have had double figures. Spurs were embarrassing.

Weirdly enough, I actually watched this match in a strip club! Win.
Could have been 10
Defo should of been missed some sitters😂
Looks like it should have been about 20.
Clear penalty
Can't you make these highlights 20 to 30 minutes long?
Prince William had a bad game between the posts.
