I was watching the tennis 🎾 until my Sky Stream decided to drop the signal, and i missed the last few shots 🤦♀️ The cabbages look really impressive, and as a bonus, food!! Sienna looked to be in good form, hope she's feeling better in herself now.
Oh noooo, bad timing for the signal to drop out. Cabbages are growing a treat, and I love red cabbage. Sienna good, but still not convinced she’s quite right, she was really struggling in the lateral work, but I won’t give up!
I was very annoyed about the WiFi dropping at the end of the tennis, I did get to see a lot more of the match than when I tried watching the women's final yesterday. I don't know what the WiFi's got against the BBC, wouldn't let me watch Doctor Who either!
@@EJMEQUESTRIAN can't get the gigabit fibre thing, cos there's no way to get the cable into the house, unless you put it down the chimney or something, although I'm not sure it'd make a difference since it's only the BBC that fails on me every time!
My days start at 5am. Have now fed the cats, made a coffee and am parked on the sofa. It's a cold morning in Melbourne, Australia 🌏🥶. Your video is essential viewing and the first video of Monday morning. My horse has SI issues too. Excellent video.
Goodness not sure anyone needs to be seeing my face on a Monday morning 🙈😂. Have you come across any good exercises or things that help with your horses si’s? Still struggling with Siennas.
Oog your garden looks great! Mine is somewhat derelict this year 😂 always love your schooling exercise videos and I so love how much emphasis you put on walk work. It really is the forgotten pace for most but it's so valuable
Thank you. ☺️ I think that’s how gardening goes, very up and down. My small garden is looking okay but the main veg garden definitely not 😆, I’m just Ignoring it.
Research has linked tongue out to issues in the hind end so may well be related to her SI issues but can also be an anxiety issue with horses that have had a heavy handed rider/too strong a bit/forced into a shape before they are ready and becomes an ingrained habit even if all of the above have been removed. Do not think these relate to you and your riding though as is clear your are a sensitive and empathic rider 😊
I’ve never been heavy handed with her and interestingly she has done it from the day she was broken in. Never had more than a snaffle in. I’ve tried different snaffle mouth pieces and she’s no different. I think anxiety is an issue for her. She does play with her tongue a lot even in the stable, especially if I’m doing something in the yard and she wants my attention or it feed time. My biggest worry is she has long term SI damage 😔. Though I also think it’s a mixture of several things. I’m hoping the more hacking she’s doing and really keeping the pressure off her in the arena may help reduce the amount of tongue lolling and just continue to try and strengthen her. 🙂

@@Siobhan_Shivaun my wifi is very similar, most irritating!

@@EJMEQUESTRIAN Sadly I'm currently not doing anything with my horse at the moment. He lives in a hilly paddock and that seems to be helping.

@@EJMEQUESTRIAN Jyst Sienna being Sienna. Love it when they have their own little idiosynchracies 😂
