    thank you lidia you have helped me through soo much my parents book me classes and stuff but i would rather watch ur vids and copy the exersices you do becuse its more easy and calm ive been through this journey wtith you for nearly a year now thank you soo much stay healthy safe and happy x

      it will help with toning and muscle definition. but to lose the fat you need to do cardio and cut your calories

    I’ve done many thighs workouts and this one does not target the thighs

      nope these all target the thighs! a lot of them also target ur glutes tho, so it's like a 2-in-1!! :)
