There are easier ways to get ryu okami on to the field imo. You can search it in sworsdsoul by adding emergence with chixiao, you can add it with Heavenly dragon circle, or summon it from deck by popping yazi( kinda hard without a card on opponents side). But summoning it after adding through the aforementioned ways is kinda hard depending on the hand. Your best option is discard it with shaman and revive it.
you could try a deck that gives the opponent Ryo okami and you can loop arc light or cyber dragon nova with psy frame lord omega, gives potentially infinite resources
