Start i was like commander and didnt do much cz i want to put myself in middle, Then my teammate put his plan and i let him to take initiative( not be hitler) and he get off track, he was choosing difficult path, Then i advised him, but he didnt listen to me, 3 time foul and doing blunderss Then gto said comander sb mri trf na dekhy ap comander hai is waqt Then i orderd him abit agresively to come back and then i put plank and stood him back ,he was heavy and i was lightweight, and put plank to right side by myself.. Time was short , as soon i put plank, gto said ok time is up..
This was absolutely subordinate and dependant sort of attitude. Commander shouldn't b like this. Plz get appropriate training from academy then move forward

Either u R boss nor u r leader. U have to act as commander. Commander always welcomes logical suggestion but have veto power to accept or not. So if someone is suggesting logical, do listen it but don't have to tell gto dt u R commander or leader. Expressions have more values Rather than telling gto dt no sir I'm a leader. Leader word itself in group task is negative word. Asan lafzo me k leader of the house ban jaata ha. Suggestion lee ha Aapne to Acha kea ha. Gto may b checking k trained ha ya nhi. Sir, if the person is physically fit in ISSB and very good in doing obstacles and in PGT etc but looks weak or thin then does it effects recommendation? I'm 3-4 KG underweight. Just like previous time but I've tried to gain and still trying.
