If CU can continue to establish a run game to average over 100-150 yards a game they can win 7-8games this year

They are only favored against Baylor and Cincy the rest of the season. And they were given 3.5 games to win at the start of the season last year. And they won 4. So unless the other teams have some catastrophic injuries to key players, the wins will probably top out at 4/5 again.
People talk about CU's defense like ANY team in the Big12 has a menacing defense. As long as CU gets better, week after week, they will be in the hunt for the Big12. I will be at UCF 😁. Should be fun

And while there are deviations from the predictions it doesn't deviate far. Like last year they had them winning 3.5 games. They win 4. It's like that with all schools btw so no conspiracy theories please. I see maybe one or two swing games but definitely not enough to be close to winning the big 12.
@@rg7656 Bro, you have to read the whole statement. I said, "As long as CU gets better, week after week...." Who they are favored against is irrelevant and will change as the season goes on. CU has enough talent to beat ANYBODY in the Big12. Every season, multiple teams go from 3/4/5 wins to 8/9/10 wins. It's not a reach or a stretch. CU's destiny is up to them. Expecting a revamped team to be in midseason form thru 3 games is ridiculous. Plenty of teams, every year start rocky and pick up steam. What you or anyone else sees for them is irrelevant. Az went from 5 wins to 10 wins, after being expected to only win 5 games. I have them winning 8+ games since there are no teams in the Big12 that have a good defense, at all 3 levels. But they still have to play.

Bruh, it was CSU. This was not the perspective after Nebraska. Let's wait and see how CU performs against conference opponents consistently before saying non-coaching, but hype man Deion has righted the ship/program. Geez this is laughable.
Talk about Colorado’s D. Last year they gave up 34.8 points per game, as of so far this year 18.6 points. They lost 5 games by a score or less last year. Do the math. Buffs will win 8.

They also won 3 games by a score or less so with that same logic they easily could have been 1-11. See how that works? And what schedule you looking at where they win 8? Teams this year are scoring 16.2 points less per game on this team than last year. 16.2 - a score or less. Can you do the math. Again, last years PAC12 is better than this years very good BIG12z. Two teams finished in the top five, one played for a National Championship. I don’t really care what Bill Connelly and others say on who’s favored. The Buffs D is a much better product than last year. Which also means the offense will get or have the ball more often. Even if CU’s offense didn’t get better from last year (which it did) it will get more looks with the ball. The Buffs are shaping up to make a run. Next three games will make it real clear for everyone

I’m not sure if prime righted the ship just because CSU is so bad but I loved what I saw. I would say even if they lose this weekend but it’s close and competitive and they run the ball and don’t have any stupid penalties then that is righting the ship.

Isn’t that the definition of righting something? After something unfortunate takes place and the person or people learn from it, correct the mistakes and be better?
@@JHood fair enough. But I would argue that it being CSU doesn’t exactly qualify as righting the ship. For example, OU performed better against Tulane but I wouldn’t say they righted the ship after Houston and now they’re ready to beat Tennessee. I would say let’s pump the brakes on CU until they get to 6 wins. This kind of media narrative is why a significant amount of the CFB fanbase wants them to lose.
The defense righted the ship against Nebraska in the second half (they didn’t score and had less than 100 yards), this game the o-line and d-line got it together. Game by game the ship is getting on course.
Not really it was just the oline which they seem to have gotten fixed with the correct personnel. Other than that CU defense held you all and the offense spotted you all great position and even gave you points…..at home at that lol

The problem with that is he wouldn't be playing both ways because a knowledgeable coach wouldn't dare put all of those miles on a player. Let alone a white coach doing this to a black player would have garnered all types of criticism saying he don't care about his players. I am pretty sure the Nick Sabans have had players that could go both ways but they were just smart enough to recruit kids who can do as good of a job on the other side of the ball so there's no reason to risk your stud athlete.
Stop the pass, and you stop Colorado. Give the CU QB some trouble some pressure for a game. Watch him continue to fold no H trophie for colorado.

Losing by ten at N.U. was not bad loss---CSU though, is a horrible team, badly coached, C.U. outclassed them in every way....a truer test will be this upcoming Saturday vs a good Baylor team, if they win that I can see them in a minor bowl.
