Looks like we are finally going to get some good fishing weather after today. That sunrise was gorgeous and hope it clears up soon for you. Have a great week!

@@SteveOutside I'm told the fishing on the beach has been good, but haven't been for a couple weeks, waiting on my rod to get repaired. If you do get over here, please let me know!

Good report Steve. The Cape Conran boat ramp was full of that shitty fine red weed on Monday. It had cleared a fair bit by the Tuesday morning. Always a bit of a worry motoring through it in that it could get sucked into the water pump on your outboard.

@SuperHOGGA yeah I guess that would be worry, it could clog things up.
      Hope it clears soon.
      Cheers mate 👍

    Hello SteveO,
My goodness mate, that beach looks so calm and serene yet prior to Christmas your needed grappling hooks to get up that sheer "cliff" that the weather had created. Mate; I am off for a few days to catch up with the old Regiment that is having a reunion. The Warrant Officer who is organising it wants to catch up with all the old Officers, NCO's and Other Ranks as we are all getting long in the tooth. Many of us have entered into our Eighties whilst others are just on the cusp of the eighties, and maybe soon, the ranks will be wiped out. I am looking forward to catching up with the lads; some of whom I haven't seen since 1966. Cheers mate!

@angus-eats it's awesome catching up with old buddy's, have a great time mate.
      Don't do anything I wouldn't do... lol
      Cheers Angus 👍

@ Many thanks mate. It was quite an emotional reunion when my mate phoned me. We spoke for hours catching up on mates who have gone before us. Not many of us now left SteveO. Take care my friend. We have our piss up at the HIGHETT RSL on 05 March mate. I am looking forward to it. Cheers my friend

@heathergalea3162 if you watch the video again you'll see clearly on the first cast I'm surrounded by water.
      In fact most casts.
